Online says open until midnight, I go there at 10:30 , drive thru is blocked with cones, try to go inside, doors locked, sign... says open until midnight, inside closed at 10, the store is not open at all and it literally takes 30 seconds to update onlineand the app....waste of time Read more
Wish I?d check my order more thoroughly. Ordered a $6 meal plus mozzarella sticks. Burger was incorrect and only had one slice... of cheese, not two slices like it should have. Deal included medium fries, I received about 10 fries in total. Mozzarella stickswhere half filled with cheese and half just hollow breadcrumbs. Will NOT be going back to this awful place. I ordered an impossible burger, and excitedly started eating it, not being able to believe how much it tasted like a regular... burger. A few bites in my throat started to feel tight, because I have a red meat allergy (yes it's real, it's from a tickbite). We compared my burger with my cousin's impossible burger and they were very clearly NOT the same. It's been about 2decades since I've eaten at Burger King so I had no idea what to expect other than how she raved about them. It's safe to say Iwon't be going back for another two decades or ever. Feeling bad for the staff here. They are so short on staff here, they need help. Food is good, but waiting time is long. I see... the manager jumping back and forth between front, drive thru and, kitchen. Also the woman jumping from front to drive thru fororders. If you need a part time to work or work on days off for extra cash. Someone should apply and help them out. Area is fullof tourist so this place shouldn't run this slow. Read more
Went through the drive through and was told by a worker that there was a large order and it would be a minute. Fast forward 15... minutes, still no body answered the drive through speaker. I couldn?t get out because there were cars in front and behind me.Cars behind me were honking but there wasn?t anything I could do. Finally ordered after about 20 minutes total. Coke was flat,no marinara with the mozzarella sticks, but they did give us an extra order of onion rings by mistake. Wouldn?t give this one atry again unfortunately. Read more
The absolute worst fast food experience I've ever had. I went through the drive through on Tuesday night. There were some cars... already waiting in the drive through and many started to leave due to long wait time. The waiting became too long for me so Ileft as well while I was not blocked in by other cars. Fast forward to Thursday and I gave them another try this time with wayless cars in the drive through. It took about 20 minutes to get to the ordering system with only two cars in front of me. Once Ifinally arrived to the window, I was already blocked in. At this point I had been in the drive through lane almost one hour. Iwas stuck so I was not able to leave. I received our drinks and no straws as I was waiting for my food. The two employees I didsee went towards the back of the building and I did not see anybody for another 20-30 minutes. Once an employee was visible Iasked him if I could get some straws for my drinks and he was clearly, visibly confused. He walked away and came back withanother lady who apologized saying the other employee did not know I had not been given my food. My food was sitting behind thedrive through window the entire time and was not given to me. I was way too annoyed and asked for my money back. Read more
Stupidly decided to give this BK another shot after 6 months ? none of our burger buns were toasted and the onion rings are... inedible at this point ( can actually hit them on the plate ) we also waited way too long for old prongs and u toasted buns . Ilove BK I worked at one through out high school but sadly this is location is pitiful . Read more
They were short staffed so the service wasn't the quickest and they had run out of almost anything chicken but the substituted... chicken fries for the nuggets and when the food finally came it was good and the staff stayed friendly the whole time. Read more
