I like Burger King's burgers better than any fast food restaurant, this place is the closest to me and the environment is clean... but the customer service is horrible. Several times I arrived at the counter only to see the staff chatting and laughing, after5-8 minutes they slowly came to me and asked me then wait again to get a meal that was not hot. The most exaggerated time waswhen I told them that there was no toilet paper in the toilet, they just said: sorry there is no paper! OMG... Where the hell isthe manager and management? I was honestly really excited when they opened this Burger King but it quickly turned into disappointment. I've come here... numerous times (because of my son) and each time some different issue presented itself. Tonight was the last straw. I sat in thedrive thru for 15 minutes (trying to be patient) and not so much as "be right with you" was said. I said "hello" and noresponse. Finally, I drove up to the window to see if maybe the lobby was super busy but it wasn't. No one was at the counterand 2 employees were visible taking to each other. Really? I went through the drive through and she was very kind but I could I believe there to have been a language barrier. My order was... wrong and when I brought it inside to get it adjusted the manager was very rude and cold when I was speaking with him. The foodwhen we got back to the car was cold and hard, you could tell it had been sitting. Won't be going back. Read more
I work 3rd shift & stopped by for a hamburger meal after work at 7:30 am. Can't buy a burger anywhere else in the morning, had... to wait a few minutes for cook to order, but everything was hot & delicious. Read more

Horrible place to eat. Should have gone to Wendy?s. My burger tasted like it was there the whole day! Then I asked for my... chicken fries to be fried again, and they completely forgot to give them to me. I was waiting a full 5 minutes and they were allin the back laughing and playing around. We have come to purchase some food to this location several times. Only once they got the order correct. Employees don't... demonstrate good customer service. The food doesn't look nor taste fresh, and the orders are missing items or the wrong itemsare in the bag. Last visit we ordered a Whopper with bacon no onions. The Whopper had onions and no bacon ????. In my opinionthe employees are not properly trained. This is a failure of the management/ownership of this franchise but also of BurgerKings' corporate management. Based on my overall experience with the Burger Kings in the last 15 to 20 years throughout thesoutheast of the US, the brand has been declining. Take for example McDonald's, they have built a better brand, withadvertisement, food, among other things. There is no reason that Burger Kings shouldn't have a larger market share competingwith other fast food chains. After all BK was founded before McDonald's. They have a good product but everything else needs tobe improved. Maybe BK corporate management will work on revamping the brand in the near future? Read more
This place needs a serious customer service upgrade, it always takes a long time to get food and it's the only Burger King... that's around this area otherwise I would go somewhere else. NEEDS SERIOUS CUSTOMER SERVICE IMPROVEMENT. Read more
