I reserved a dinner for my boyfriends birthday and when I say the entire experience was exceptional I think even that is an... understatement. We were greeted at the door by the gentleman who parked our vehicle for their complimentary valet.Our waiter washitch who exceeded my expectations with his friendly Customer service. He presented a show of all the cut of steaks they had. Hechecked up on us and attended our every need. The food was phenomenal and then they cane out with out dessert for my boyfriendssurprise cake. The manager Jennifer introduced herself and made us feel very welcome. At the end of our dinner they gave us anote thanking us for choosing their establishment to celebrate his birthday dinner and it was signed by the entire staff. Excellent experience! Clean and elegant upscale stake house with the best steak and fish I ever had. I had the salmon and my... brother had the porter house - we shared and both were the best I ever had. The service was superb and the customers wereclassy. The steaks were pretty good. They were seasoned well and cooked to the right temperature. I ordered a dry-aged steak, the meat... was dry and it had a strong meat flavor (it tasted more like a ham), my husband ordered a New York strip, it was not dry-agedmeat and it tasted much better because the steak was juicy. The place itself reminded me of an old looking hotel, with carpetedfloors and wooden tables, it was nice and cozy. The salad and bread that accompanied the main course were really good. We sharedthe bacon and cheddar mashed, it was more than enough for two people, the sides are big. Absolutely loved this placed. Visited FL to celebrate my birthday and randomly picked Charley's for dinner. All the workers were... extremely friendly, be sure to have Rich Kidd as your server his service was top notch! We went here as a party of 6 and had a great time. Great hospitality, very friendly welcoming staff. The food was delicious and... well presented. The drinks were really good as well. Definitely recommending. I truly enjoyed this dinner celebration. AlthoughI have to admit I was a little disappointed with that they took the dinner beads without asking, being that there were still 3in the bowl and it was part of the entree. Also that I requested my dressing be on the side, but it wasn’t. I didn’tcomplain to the waiter because everything else was so good, these are little things I wasn’t going to make a big deal about. Dry aged medium rare Kansas City was below average. Tough and some extremely chewy areas on the 24oz piece of meat. Oscar... style was almost a joke with a pinch of crab meat. Steak was dry and almost flavorless. Gator bites were delicious, calamariwas perfect. Cheese rolls were cold and unremarkable. Cauliflower was perfect. Blueberry Mojito was the best around. Top notch, friendly service. It was our first time at Charley's and we were not disappointed. They allow you to enjoy your... meal, without feeling rushed or pressured to order something else. Everything we ordered was consistent and cooked toperfection. The flavors throughout our meal were exceptional. Even the salad dressing is specially made daily, I took some togo.
