Mobile ordered food here tonight but still had to wait over 30 minutes past the pick up time before I received my food. This was... after asking multiple times. I came to this checkers and ordered medium fries and 6 piece mozzarella sticks. The lady at the cashier then told me my total... and I was a bit surprised about how much it was and paid it. Later (before I have received my food) I checked the receipt andrealized she had charged me for 2 , 6 piece mozzarella sticks. I came up to the ordering booth and had told her of thisinconvenience and she argued that she repeated it to me which she had not. Thankfully there was an assistant manager there tohelp me who was able to refund my money. When I received my order by the lady, she just gave me a snarky face when I took myfood. First of all the girl that was taking orders definitely didn?t want to be there, you could tell. My sister tried to place... another order after we both had made a previous order and kept getting told to wait a minute and the sliding glass closed in herface. This happened several times so my sister gave up. For the food we did manage to order it took probably 30 or more minutesto receive it. So if you are in a hurry, I would suggest you don?t go here. This seems like the world's busiest Checkers. It located within Old Town and gets a lot of traffic. If you're busy and super... hungry, I wouldn't recommend waiting. However, we waited one late night and our food was hot. The staff was polite. Nocomplaints. Read more
This was my first time at this location. I ordered online. Pickup time was for 1:50pm. I went to the window at 1:50 and I was... told they were running a little slow. What didn't make sense to me was that they had received my order 10 minutes previously.While waiting at pickup time 15 minutes went by after they took orders from the drive through and walk up windows. I waited in line 30 mins just to order, mind you I see 3 guys working inside. So after about 20 mins of waiting I think it was... the manager came to the window and told me to be patient because he's working the drive thru by himself which I'm looking at 3guys in there working. Mind you it's only 1 drive thru open not even 2. Several people walked away. Then a family came and Iasked them did they want to use any of my coupons and they got 2.
