I went at around 6 to 7pm. From the moment I opened the door I was greeted with a smile. I was seated at table I wanted at bar.... The young lady without hesitation immediately went to clean it for us. Then we sat. Our server had all the tables at the barand yet, he immediately came to introduce himself. Sebastián! He was amazing as he explained the drinks and food for us. Hetruly is a gem at this location!! I been here before. Everywhere in the world now days is a bit short staffed. EVERYWHERE!! Ifyou happen to go at 11 til about 2pm, DO BE PATIENT especially if you have 8,10 or maybe more in your party! You don't reallysee the action in the back of the house... every restaurant I visited do have short staff!! The food was fantastic and well doneand presented. It came pretty fast... then again we didn't have a well steak done or burger made well done, which takes longerto make. A great pave to watch sports and relax the day away!! Chili's is my go to place for alcoholic beverages. They are cheap and it makes it for a good happy hour. I had the triple... dipper: sliders with double boneless buffalo wings. The street corn was really good it could use more cheese. The service wasslow but the food was good. I left satisfied. Read more

Well first time I have got take out from chili's and I am very impressed! The food came well presented and hot! The soup... starters was amazing! I would have been satisfied with a big bowl of that soup! Was delicious! The fajitas were awesome andthere was so much of it. Would totally get take out here again. One thing I would change but this was just me trying it, theMango tea, wasn't for me but at least now I know! Wish they has root beer to order.. weird drink but over in the staes they haveit in most places on tap and it's awesome! Read more

I'm not a huge fan of chilies but this location is big and clean and really nice. Staff was wonderful and the food came out fast... and good! Can't really complain about anything. Everything tasted great. We only really ordered appetizers cause we were goingto a dinner show later on but I liked this spot. Read more

I give them zero stars. We stopped by for lunch. The restaurant was almost empty; customers at four tables and two people... sitting at the bar, a total of 12 people. A lady appeared, she cashed out two people's lunch check and they left. Before thecashier could assist us someone approached her and asked if their waitress was coming to take her family order. Woman said"yes"; the customer walked away, I noticed she sat at the table she shared with three other. Finally the woman asked can shehelp us, I stated we needed seating for twelve. The cashier said, " I will be back." She returned cashed out two more people,they left; two new people entered. Cashier stated, her manager said it would be fifteen minutes before she could seat us. I asked her why?; I stated we could seat at different tables if it would help. Cashier stated no, it still would take fifteenminutes. Then she told the two new customers to follow her; she seated them at a table. When she returned to where we were,I asked to speak to the manager. Manager stated they only had two servers so we will need to wait. I asked her could we beseated while we for our order to be taken, there were now only eight customers in the restaurant, she stated " no". I askedfor Chili's corporate office phone number, the manager told me to Google it. As I took pictures of the empty restaurant, Inoticed two servers one seating at a table folding napkins and the other standing watching. The manager went to the back andreturned with another manager. They stated we could be seated but we would not be served for an undetermined length of time. Read more

Have been waiting for 1 hour to get my food and when they bring it im left with no utensils. After another 15 min. Of me waving... down my server I get utensils that are dirty!! It looks like they were understaffed but quality definitely suffered today andthe service was awful. Read more

We were late getting dinner and Chili's was one of the few places open. Dinner was excellent! The food was cooked perfectly and ... the drinks were delicious. I highly recommend the Bacon Ranch Quesadilla! Our server was amazing and a lot of fun! Highlyrecommend visiting! Read more
