I give the ice cream and the concept excellent marks. I give the employees and experience ZERO. We went to get milkshakes. Very disappointed! Mediocre, overpriced, overated ice cream. Had a huge cone, which tasted stale. It was so bad I eventually... trashed it. Frustrated, I went to the gas station next door, had a Nestle choc/vanilla cone. Beyond me how so many rave.Terrible customer svc, unfriendly, badly trained staff. Dirty environment. Empty place in afternoon. Only 1 other couple with 2small kids on a hot day in June. Do NOT waste your money. Other Cold Stones may be better. Read more
I could never say no to Cold Stone. Hubby wanted to get something sweet after dinner, and we decided to go since the restaurant... we ate at was nearby. This place never disappoints. Omg we travel to so many Cold Stones around when we travel and this one was the best one ever! Chris and his team are amazing.... They were super friendly and welcoming. We walked in a few minutes before close and they served us with smile on their face.Even took the time to take a family picture for us. Will definitely make it a point even if it's out of our way to come back tothis cold stone. Read more
On 10/16 at 4:30 pm my daughter and I went to grab some coldstone ice cream. The people were friendly but it was a great... disappointment for $17 in ice-cream. As they got the icecream from the back counter it was melted . At first I was going toquestion it but they were putting it on the cold stone so I figured it would harden up. Well that was not the case . The ladyadded the ingredients and the processed to scope it runny and all into the waffle cone . I then stated is there a was to hardenup the ice cream and they stated no somehow there freezer got turned off. . $17 later and a complete mess I just wish I didn?thave anything at all.
