Went the other night and had a somewhat disappointing but still good enough meal. Server seemed a bit stretched with a lot of... tables and our service suffered as a result- she forgot things here and there and was late on refills. Also didnt check how themeal was going for 10 mins. But food was good enough, tho I had the little burnt flakes on my mac n cheese and my portion of itwas small. Our waitress was very attentive and great at her job. Food was amazing. And I absolutely love their store!

I have to say I do enjoy going to Cracker Barrel but this location was not very good at all. Positive ? the drinks we?re good.... Peach iced tea and the strawberry mimosa we liked. NEGATIVE? We order 3 apps to share and then one person got the friendchicken platter with 2 sides. All of the fried food came out too well done. They all tasted the exact same (burnt oil) . Thechicken dish was missing, One side and the corn bread. We didn?t complain because there was no one to complain to. We saw ourserver to order and then he gave us our check. Eh, just okay. We went around 10:30 on a Thursday morning (4 of us) and they were slammed. We waited maybe 30-45 minutes and... wandered the gift shop. After being seated, we waited 10-15 minutes for a server to come over and take our orders and another 10for him to return with the drinks. Our food took 25-30 minutes and was underwhelming. I ordered the cheesecake stuffed pancakesand while the filling was good, the pancakes were tough. They were out of the strawberries that are supposed to come with thepancakes but offered to substitute blueberries which I appreciated. Our first day in town we came here for breakfast, our server Ginger was absolutely amazing, anticipating our every need with a... lively personality, friendly smile, and style! Food was awesome, we got the country boy?s breakfast and the grandma?s breakfast.Very filling. Mimosas were good too, peach was definitely the best flavor if you like sweet, for more sour taste go with theclassic. Seemed the most lack-lustre of all the cracker barrels I have visited. The food took a long time to arrive yet the restaurant... was not busy at all! My food was tasty, my friends steak patty was dry and the biscuits were so very salty we couldn't eatthem. Waitress was very friendly and helpful. Read more

Would have left a ZERO star rating if possible!! Don't know where to start, it's as if they were trying really hard to give the... worst service possible. If that was their goal, they certainly out did themselves. Ordered online. Went to pick up and orderwas not ready on time, waited an additional 25 minutes. When we got home, found that they forgot the lettuce, onions, andtomatoes for all 3 burger meals ordered. All the meals were cold; we are only a five minute drive. The buns for all burgerswere stale, hard as a brick. I'll keep one in my purse as a personal defense weapon. They even ruined dessert! Ordered astrawberry shortcake, but instead got a build it yourself kit. If that's how it is supposed to come, why not disclose it whenthe item is being selected online?!?
