Ordered at 7.32. Pizza said in quality control at 7.47?.didn?t leave for delivery until 8.32. Said it was 3 minutes away several... times but kept driving away. After 2 hours order was registered as delivered but ordered never arrived! Kids are so tired andhungry they are in tears. No communication. Terrible service Read more
What a great visit I had the last time I was there. The pizza I can say was made to perfection I was help by gentleman by the... name of Chris, when pulled to front with my order he showed me my pizza and said is this good enough for me. I got delivery. I wanted more change back, I gave him 40.00 I got 3 ones and a dollar in quarters/ dimes and a hand full of... Pennies? They didn?t even come to my room, after being more than an hour late. With nothing, but cold food. After talking toAvery/Jesus he made it right. Avery is great. He sent out another driver with a refund out to my location. I may order here onlyfor pickup though. I have to say I was pleasantly surprised with this location from the baker, Jesus right down to the young man who brought the... pizza curbside to my disabled husband. I?m just sorry I wasn?t able to get his name and I tried by calling and sadly got noanswer but just know you?re appreciated too. Pizza was not only delicious, it was cooked perfectly and hot. Ordered from here and my order was canceled because they don?t have enough people working at the moment. It could have been... simpler if they blocked off orders for the time being.so now I?m left with no food, a refund that will take 3-5 days since thethird party charging system charged me upon ordering. Nice if I was from town but in from 1400 miles away. Companies need to bemore responsible for their independent/franchises. All their doing is making a household name appear to be faulty when it?s theowner/ manager/ team leader when they aren?t using their head to do competent customer service. Read more
Still waiting for the manager TB to pick up the boneless wings because to spicy for kids and Opps???? They forgot the sauces,... not even one. Then when we proceeded to call them multiple times, no one answered. 1 time they even answered and hungup. I?ve never had a bad experience at dominos until last night.
