Customer service was good, portions were smaller than normal which is unfortunate when it?s so expensive
Bought a coffee at this place it took me about 15 minutes. Shady employee tells me he's got me. Then said its on me. Did not... give me a receipt. Look at my transaction (DID NOT TRUST HIM) and saw that he charged me double. SURE! He's got me. Watch outpeople. Called a couple times and no one answers the phone. Read more
terrible service , after waiting in line for 50 minutes maybe an hour i was greeted by the worst cashier i think i've ever dealt... with, he had a hoodie on and black sweatpants looked like a customer rather then a dunkin employee , when i was ready to take myorder i did not get a greeting instead i just got a stare i asked if he was ready to take my order he mumbles and says yesfaintly i ask for a "medium 3 caramel shot 3 coconut shot iced coffee made regular," easy order right? he tries convincing methat a coconut shot doesn't exist i showed him 2 times on the menu and then he asked if i wanted coconut milk as a worker walksby he says "he is asking for 3 coconut shots" i ask for a name tag (since he doesn't even have one) and he tells me it's none ofmy business after i have to ask repeatedly what he said because he's looking at his phone while taking the order and mumbling ,after i got my coffee i take a sip it's probably the worst coffee i've ever had it tasted like a cigarette i look at the labelto see what he put in it and what do i see? nothing like my supposed order, do better. Usual Dunkin food and drink available. One thing I will say is their lattes are on par with lattes in the UK. So if you are fed... up with perculated coffee then try here. No star. Last time I visited this place was about 3 months ago. Not much has changed. This morning Ordered a Toasted... multigrain bagel with butter and coffee. Coffee was ok but when I got to destination bagel wasn?t toasted, and butter wassolid. The last thing I want is a bagel with unmelted butter and not toasted. I could had just grabbed a couple slices ofwonder bread from home and on my way. They seriously need new & better management. Read more
Ordered through Uber eats, the food had burnt particles on it that made it have this weird gross taste. I also order a iced... latte that tasted like burnt coffee and my munchies were all glazed instead of assorted. 10/10 do not recommend. Read more
Sergio was very rude. It took 20 minutes to take our order and instead of saying ?I?m sorry what was that?? He said ?you need to... speak up? with a very rude tone. Shoved our card in our face and when we asked how long it would take he gave a short responsewith attitude. He was also being rude to the employee that was behind him. When she brought out our order she was very nice.Kylie was the employee he was being rude to and she was so nice to us. Sergio was unnecessarily rude and would not recommendthis location.
