The owner or general manager of the store is a very RUDE and condescending woman. She makes the drink I ordered WRONG. Then got... upset because I said it doesn't taste like a peppermint mocha, that it only tastes like mocha and if they can remake it. I buy4-5 drinks from this location and the one on Osceola A DAY. I know what my drink is suppose to taste like. She the. Proceeds tosay "white people always want something for free" when she's a Hispanic in MY country. The drink is normally 3.53 but how Iorder it it always comes out to 4.61.. so how am I getting anything for free? WHEN I ORDERED IT THAT WAY. Horrible service. 11/7/22 morning I was told I cannot add creamer into my cappuccino because it?s made with milk. I order from... here minimum 6 coffee a day for the business and I always get my coffee the same. She then proceeded to tell me making MY coffeebroke her creamer machine. Sweety that creamer machin drops creamer put it doesn?t go into the coffee cup and make contact. Tothen tell me she will not make my coffee with creamer. Congrats you lost a loyal customer. Read more

I drink Dunkin every single morning. I usually don?t come to this location but I was around the area and decided to stop. I get... the same coffee everyday so I know what my coffee should taste like. It wasn?t done right so when I went to the counter to havethem fix it the employee said she had to charge me to remake it. It is NOT my fault you made it wrong. I was very polite aboutit but she refused to fix it if I didn?t pay for it. Which is ridiculous to me. Read more
Horrible service?.!!!! On my visit to Orlando went there for an ice coffee and a sower dough breakfast sandwich and had to wait... 23 minutes at the drive thru. After my order was dispatched found out that it was not what I requested (the sandwich), had toreturn, went inside of the store. Place was awfully dirty, employees were very rude and put me again on a long wait. So at theend, 48 minutes total to get a sandwich and a coffee. No one even apologized for the mistake. They acted like I was receiving afavor getting what I paid for. This store needs a very serious change. Read more
They're pretty slow for having no one in the drive thru sometimes, but I can deal with that. What I can't deal with is getting... BURNT food twice in a row. Got an egg and cheese on an English muffin. It was black. I took it back and requested a new one,wasn't rude about it. They give me another one, I go back to the car and open it, it's EVEN MORE black than the first one. Iwish I had taken a picture of both but I didn't think to and just threw the second sandwich away and left. I'm very patientbecause I used to work food service and I get what it's like dealing with rude customers but they're not helping themselves.I'll just stick around for the coffee only I guess. Was suppose to be Whipped cream on and and a frozen coffee. some days they are good, but mostly act like they didn?t get trained... right !
