The owner or general manager of the store is a very RUDE and condescending woman. She makes the drink I ordered WRONG. Then got... upset because I said it doesn't taste like a peppermint mocha, that it only tastes like mocha and if they can remake it. I buy4-5 drinks from this location and the one on Osceola A DAY. I know what my drink is suppose to taste like. She the. Proceeds tosay "white people always want something for free" when she's a Hispanic in MY country. The drink is normally 3.53 but how Iorder it it always comes out to 4.61.. so how am I getting anything for free? WHEN I ORDERED IT THAT WAY. It would be nice if they fix the bathrooms once and for all. Every time I come here, they have an ?out of order? sign for the... bathrooms. The employees must have their own bathroom cuz I can?t imagine it being out of order for months. They make a meanlatte though. Read more
The food is not the problem. The customer service is uh? ok??.. I guess. No hello, no have a good day, nothing. All she said... was ?$10? didn?t say anything else. Just visited your drive thru and your attendant was abrasive and after ordering we drove around only to be advised and I quote... ?I can?t check you out because my computer is rebooting? we offered cash including a tip and she refused to accept it. I alwaysfound Dunkin Donuts drive thru to be more of a higher end service and experience however it was more like a McDonalds or BurgerKing experience. Read more
It was ok just simple breakfast of a cream cheese bagel it was ok along with cappuccino but the cappuccino could have been a... little bit more on the creamier thicker side almost like when you get at 7-Eleven surprisingly it's always creamier... Potatobites was okay not bad just not worth a dollar something for a couple little bites compared to a hash brown at McDonald's I likethe texture but something about the aftertaste was a little bit of smokiness or some sort maybe the way it was cooked or somesort it was cooked to well done which was not bad but maybe the pan was burnt or something like that that's kind of like whatthe taste I was getting to but overall The bagel was okay with the cream cheese and it was rated based on being ready but thefood would be based on individual rating not as a whole could use a little bit more work on quality control on the products Read more
I went today to this Dunkin? Donuts and honestly the people were trash. They have no manners. I gave my card to pay for... everything and they had forgot to give it back until I asked for it. I ordered a iced lemonade and it tasted so bad, it was verywatered down and mostly tasted like sugar. I also ordered a regular ice coffee with almond milk. When I tell you my daughter islactose intolerant and it went so Bad. They have gave us regular milk instead of almond milk. I will never again return to thisDunkin? Donuts, nor suggest this location. A 24-hour Dunkin! We visited this one around 9:00 pm right when other coffee shops were closing and not only did they have... donuts in their case they also had Baskin Robbins ice cream, too. The Dunkin team of four was handling both businesses. Therewere people coming through the drive through. They had excellent customer service.
