Had worst experience I've ever had at a dunkin. Went with a friend, had 2 orders and when they asked if we were ready to order... in the drive thru we said yes we have 2 orders she said okay one moment, hot and hungry I went inside while my friend waited atthe drive thru, I came in and was ordering with Amad, and Arianna in the drive thru proceeded to give me attitude and just wasso rude when I wasn't even talking to her. Amad remained calm and did his best to help me while his coworker was verballingattacking me. Hire better workers. Read more
The worst around by far! Watered down drinks, the staff is a bunch of kids. Besides the Spanish guy at the register who either... looks like a little man or a grown boy that doesn't greet you when you walk in, say thank you when you leave, and makes yourdrink with his hand in his pocket the whole time. I guess he imagine he's cool. What's cool is restaurant courtesy. do your jobwith dignity be polite, before you come across the wrong one which would have been me if I wasn't late!!! Read more

I've been to several Dunkin' Donuts around the country, but I have to say, this is by far the best one I've seen and it's mostly... due to the employees. Steven in particular. First off, with the COVID situation, many have not been allowing customers in. This is particularly aggravating as you try to guess what they have in stock and make your order that way. I almost never leavewith what I want from the drive thru because of this. This one is allowing customers in, which is fantastic. I can now perusethe goods, identify the one I want and pick it out. On top of that, this store has a young man named Steven working behind thecounter. If you go and find him there, you can quickly identify him from all of his donut decorated accoutrements. He had thehat, a jacket and a facemask. His sunglasses also fit in with the scheme. Beyond his funky donut fashion, this kid is a rockstar. He probably has a huge smile hidden behind that mask and just makes you want to buy donuts from him. He was funny,friendly and all around a major part of the enjoyment factor at this donut shop. Oh yeah, they have donuts too. The donutswere good, as would be expected. At this hour of the morning, they were already sold out of some of the selection, but we stillmanaged to find several that we wanted and enjoyed. The next time I'm back, I'm looking for Steven, and I'm trying the coffeeselection. If you're in the neighborhood, you might as well stop by and get a power ring or two and a caffeinated beverage. You'll be able to enjoy them at the intersection, waiting for the light to turn green anyway. Read more
I have been coming to this Dunkin? for about 5 months now and every time it is a great experience! The employee?s are always... friendly and willing to help. They always make sure the drinks are done exactly as requested and the donuts are always fresh!They always have a variety to choose from and the packaging is always clean and fresh.
