This place served cold old wings not fresh, like outta the refrigerator microwave heated up if I had my own ride I would've... tooken them and threw them back at them. I'm a trucker from outta town she blame on Uber driver but that wasn't the case theuber driver But driver arrived ahead of expected time. This place was only 1.5 miles from where i was located. Hands down the best Curry Chicken with Rice and peas in Kissimmee ????, the curry chicken has a hint of spice that?s so good, I... asked for curry juice on the rice and they did just that. Amazing!! Thanks to the cooks for this amazing lunch. All they needis curry on the lunch menu lol. Read more
I love the red rice and beans and the jerk chicken and sweet fried plantain with the sauces although they could add two more... pieces of the sweet fried plantains instead of two but overall delicious it saves me from having to travel far to look forrestaurants like this before I head off to work Thank you for all you guys do at golden Krust ?? I do not try to be negative and certainly hoping my experiences over the years should help the franchise owner to step up their... product quality, in terms of the quality l know it is there but only when the product is freshly done and served on a dailybasis. My giving my good hard earned money is anticipation of receiving good fresh food and not always stale and overnight leftover warmed up and how do you figure we will not know it's not fresh. I usually go early morning near mid day and l happened totry late afternoon and the food was great. I have called even to complain as l get take out, get home not expecting to spend somuch money in exchange for bad food. I am Jamaican, and we not about suing but others might if they claim to have gotten sickfrom eating stale meat, especially chicken even when you brown stew it you can tell its stale. I spoke to the person that worksthere on the phone she was very polite and offered for me to come back and she could make it right. Lady!! You have no clue, youthink l am going to drive so many miles to come back for you to give me fresh food that l should have gotten on my first visit?I can only hope you keep us coming back and the cleanliness was pure awesomeness. This is a easy fix. I suggest you takeinventory of your product sales and try to put out a certain amount. So what if the fish is finished, l certainly will ordersomething else with no hesitation because everything is fresh, tasty and palatable. I am not giving up on you. Poor, poor, poor customer service!! The rice was burnt and the chicken was way too over done. I brought the foos back and knew... it was burnt as I was driving home to go eat it. I thought I may have been over exaggerating until I actually tasted the rice!It seriously had too much of a burnt after taste to eat it. I didn?t even bother I turned right around and brought the food backand asked for a refund. They said they don?t do refunds. How do you have poor customer service and also no refund? ???? Themanager was brought to the front and asked some to open the bag because she didn?t want to but definitely didn?t have a problemputting the serving spoon from the rice bin right in the palm of her hand and eating the rice out of her hand and taking myrecipe and trying to give it back to me without washing her hands I have Golden Krust from the other side of town and it wasAMAZING! The chicken was tender and rice was on point! So know exactly what I?m talking about when I say this location was sucha disappointment. She said I was going to have to wait to talk to the head chef tomorrow morning. Normally? I don't have such poor reviews. I really don't like giving them. However, this place left me no choice. One great... thing? It was very clean. Immaculate! I don't know what kind of Jamaican food they're serving. I also haven't tried everythingthey have to offer. But what I can say, based on my purchases, I would NEVER buy anything from this place again, unless it's abottled beverage. It's a DISGRACE to Jamaican food. As a Jamaican, I was shocked. Everything purchased was AWFUL...Okay, theChicken Soup was drinkable, but it failed in taste - it was bland. The patties were dry beyond sense, the coco bread was cocobad & tough, the harddough bread tasted terrible - what happened??? The bun? The bun was dry & stale - really guys? The bun?Even the darn cheese for the bun was wretched. It lacked taste, and was too hard. The darn cheese made a sound, when dropped onthe counter. Whhhyyy??? Now in their defense? They only prepared the soup, as everything else was pre-done & packaged. However,it's still disappointingly sad. I'm Jamaican, and I know good Jamaican food, when I taste it. I had a feeling, from the minute Iwalked in, that the food was going to be doubtful. Why? There was no wonderful cooking odor in the air. A dead give-away. Foodis supposed to slap you in the face from outside, but marinate your senses, at the very least, when you walk through the door.This definitely was not the case.
