I never leave reviews but this was so bad I just had to share this experience. If I could give a zero star I would. Absolutely... just a mess. This is the most soggy, oily, undercooked fried chicken I?ve ever had. I wouldn?t even call it fried chicken. Justgo anywhere else and have any other chicken?and save $30. Very greasy and the crust is not cooked or crunchy! after we had to wait apparently they took it out ahead of time and delivered... it like this! I do not recommend Kentucky very expensive for the quality of the chicken. I won't pay a dime more at KentuckyFried Chicken Read more
I don't if the employees at this location are straight up stupid but I'm pretty sure they are. They are always messing up my... order. Whether it's forgetting to add food like the fries or the paper plates. How hard is it to read an order? If you go tothis location, be prepared to deal with stupidity and laziness. Plus this location is always busy. So maybe the management cando something about the accuracy and speed of the orders, but I doubt they will. Read more
I used the online order system and thank goodness I did! This location is extremely busy, just a forewarning. OK so here's the thing. My customer service experience was 5 ??. My wings were fresh out of the grease and steaming hot.... However, I ordered honey BBQ and the indicator on the menu board showed that they were not hot. Well, the wings I was served are????????????. So much so until we could not eat them. I'm so hurt because they are good and fresh and hot!!! Just tooooospiiiicccyyyyy!!!! ????????????????????????. Anyway, I will go back again but I think I'll stick to my favorite, the chickenpot????.
