Out of ice, all options of fountain drinks were flat or lacking syrup. Filthy restrooms. Chicken was dried out. Not a good... experience for my first time back to KFC in years. :-( Read more
We ordered the 8 piece meal with mashed potatoes & gravy & Cole slaw. Idk if the person that took our order was the same one at... the window but the person that took our order wasn't very friendly, maybe tired or irritated but no greeting, started off sayingif we ordered we need to pay exact change "If your total is $12.99 that's what we need,not $13 or $12.98" or we needed to usecredit/debit. The person at the window was friendly and prompt, this was the fastest I've ever gotten my food & my daughter usedto work at a KFC & was fast,but this store has their Ish together & worked as a team.Very efficient. I go out of my way to come here because they seem to be the only restaurant in Florida that cares about good customer service.... Food is always good, never had them mess up my order.
