We ordered the 8 piece meal with mashed potatoes & gravy & Cole slaw. Idk if the person that took our order was the same one at... the window but the person that took our order wasn't very friendly, maybe tired or irritated but no greeting, started off sayingif we ordered we need to pay exact change "If your total is $12.99 that's what we need,not $13 or $12.98" or we needed to usecredit/debit. The person at the window was friendly and prompt, this was the fastest I've ever gotten my food & my daughter usedto work at a KFC & was fast,but this store has their Ish together & worked as a team.Very efficient. I figured something wouldbe wrong with our when we started eating as fast as we got it but it was soooooooo good! It was hot,fresh & delicious ???? I go out of my way to come here because they seem to be the only restaurant in Florida that cares about good customer service.... Food is always good, never had them mess up my order. Plus KFC is one of the last places with enough common sense to serve??Pepsi?? instead of ghetto, nasty Coke. I seriously love you guys, thank you! Read more

Needs kiosks to order would be much easier and free up a person and labor. Would be much easier is utensils and maybe some... sauces were on the main counter to not have to ask for everything especially if they forget something. We've moved twice since 5:13 its now 2:27. Yesterday I waiting 34 minutes before I finally left???? don't come to this location... unless you have a LOT of time. Its just the only one in my area. Idk if they just need to hire more people or what but this isquite literally the slowest fast food place I've ever been to and thats saying something when burger king exists! Read more
