Had an SUV full of people. Tried to order just cheeseburgers to make things easier for the staff. Was told they can't make more... than 2 cheeseburgers per car. So we then asked what we could order and were "that's it, we can only do 2 cheeseburgers per car,nothong else." What?!?!?!? I worked at McDonald's all through high school. I know this is just laziness on staffs part. Theywouldn't let us order food for the people in the vehicle. Extremely unprofessional and complete lack of any form of customerservice whatsoever. Decent for a fast food place, my only complaint is that, just like many other places in kissimmee, people don't wash hands when... they should. *making drinks at the frappe machine talking with fellow employee. Pulls phone from pocket to show something thencontinues to make drinks, no gloves no cleaning of hands between* Same with even the manager *helping with orders, handlingcash at the register then moves back to help bag orders* This is how diseases spread so easily. I went through the drive thru and was told that they weren?t serving any orders. I asked how come? I was told Per manager orders... due to lack of staff. I said all I wanted was a frozen coke. It only takes one person. As I drove off, I saw 3 other employeestalking in the dinning room. What was the real reason for not serving customers!? The worst service! The employee Shakira taking a order for customer on register, she denied to take my order. I was waiting in... front the register for someone take my order, and the manager told me we no take order on here u need to go to the machine. Idon?t want a go to the machine, she needs to take my order regardless. And also she mention only for today I will. It?s the waythe people said the worlds. I been coming here for several years now to this location. I never had an issue until recently in the night shift. I was using... my deal and giving a code like i usually do . But I was told at the window that I had used the code already.I explained how Ijust opened it right in front of the worker how could I had used it ? She proceeded to get the manager who happens to be aoversized middle age light brown hair Spanish lady. I believe her name started with a P . This lady was so unprofessionalextremely rude and so incompetent to say the least.WOW!! if this is how she treats the customers imagine the employee?s. Whichby the way most of them are beautiful nice hard working employees Give credit when credit is due.Would like to mention I neverhad or have gotten an issue with deals code in any other McDonald?s only with this location. Rude workers. Terrible management and staff. I hate being called " mommie"...and have stated so several times to no avail. Most... of the time when you pay for your order they NEVER say thank you and have a good day. They have absolutely no trainingobviously on how to greet customers.. I was in hospitality line of work for 30 yrs and this is one of the worst restaurants I "use" to go to. The food is not that good either. Something in your order will definitely be cold or missing.
