Seriously spent half an hour in the Drive-Thru line at 11:00 p.m. last night. Oh of course the ice cream machine was broken too.... My order was taken at 10:54 not including my wait time to order. I finally got to pay at 11:14 and then still had to wait a fewadditional minutes just to get my food. We are severely dissatisfied. First, our order was handed out wrong and rudely. Boxes were smashed, fries (which we asked for... fresh) were droopy and cold. They handed us the order rudely and then started to proceed to hand us the wrong drink. We pulledthe receipt out and asked to verify the order was correct. She rudely took the food back and said this is what you ordered rightthen like tossed it back at my fiance. Then she tried to hand us the wrong drink again. We ordered two large double quarterpounders with cheese meals. We do this once a week or so at this McDonalds and have never been treated like this in the past. Wepaid for two large Dr. Peppers. She went to get them but they were medium so we expressed how we payed for larges. She rolledher eyes at us and went to get the large Dr. Peppers. When she returned she handed us the beverage and said nothing to thank orfinish out the transaction. The burgers were overly greasy way more than usual. It was almost like we could drink them and bothboxes were badly squished. The fries were in a large container but were clearly much less than the normal amount. They were coldand scrawny and some of them were weirdly dark browned, which was odd because not the usual look of McDonald fries, but mightjust be the potatoes. This is the closest McDonalds to us and we are very disappointed with the service we experienced todaywhen we usually have a pleasanter experience here. Waited 15 min to even be able to order my food. Then the food was wrong. And waited 20 more min to get my order right which was... just 2 plain cheeseburgers. In the meantime they also messed up 6 other customers orders. The only one doing there job right wasthe cashier. She has the tickets right and everything. The cooks and the bagers are the ones that messed everyone's orders upand they were very very rude. Will never go back to that McDonald's. Even witnessed the manager cussing while all this was goingon. Very unprofessional. Read more
Everytime I go to this McDonald's they ALWAYS mess up my order. It never fails. I checked it. It seemed correct and the big Mac... had only 1 patty on it. I had to use someone else's extra cheeseburger and take their patty which I asked for no pickles it hadonly ketchup, no mustard, onions or cheese. Won't be going back to this location again. Also asked for well done fresh fries, nosalt, and they were soggy and under cooked. Stay away. Read more
Worst McDonald's I've ever been to. Stood in the front waiting for my order. The kiosk did not print the recipe. And everyone... one ignored me. Even the manager... young workers talking and laughing and not one. Ask if I needed anything. Finally got myorder and didn't get my drink. And when I tried to ask someone for assistance. This location is alright. Don?t like how when you exit you have to go East even if you want to go West. Got my usual double... hamburger with fries and Coke it was just all right. Asked for a salt packet for the fries in the store didn?t have any.What?! French fries without any salt how weird?! AnyWho it was still OK. I rarely give low reviews. But this place wins for the lowest drive thru service in all of Kissimmee. It took me 35 mins to get... one meal. It's not a quick stop which socks because it's the only mcdonalds for miles near me. Other than that staff is nicefood is good. But someone please figure out why it's so slow please. Read more
