Just visited this McDonald?s around 10am on 11/22/22. The only thing that seemed to work well for the location is the gentleman... who was in the yellow vest. He was running around helping all the guests and was the only person up front who seemed to have anysense of kindness and customer service. Other staff, especially the lady who appeared to be the manager were rude and even flatout ignored customers who were waiting for assistance. Read more
I was waiting in line for 20 minutes. I finally got up to the window and waited an additional 10 minutes. Nobody ever took our... order, so we left. When we passed by the window, we could see all the employees just standing around. They had cars waitingeverywhere to get their food. I've never seen such bad service in a McDonald's. Read more
UPDATE: Just Don't Go Here. Drive a bit further to U.S. 27. Update 06/19/2022: Mobile Order: Curbside Pickup: 25 Minutes... waiting outside. They forgot, 1 Happy Meal, Missing 2 Fries from 2 other Happy Meals. Only had 1 Apple Pie, when I ordered 6,(Replaced with sundaes). When I got home with it all. Found the missing cheeseburger from the missing Happy Meal. It was insidethe 6 Piece Happy Meal...one of the two that was missing the fries. I just don't understand how this place is continuing to faillike this. Update 05/30/2022: They did it. Two pieces of cheese this time around. Update 05/17/2022: Take a look at thepicture I posted of the Quarter Pounder. Do you see what is missing? No?...It is the second piece of cheese. Definitely not theend of the world but, still, how difficult is it to make the sandwich correctly. This occurred on May 6, 2022. Update 04/23/22:They are getting much worse. 30 Minutes in the drive thru. I used the mobile app. I ordered 3 Happy Meals, a Cheeseburger, aMcDouble, and a large Dr. Pepper. I drove home to provide the food to my 3 children. The McDouble I ordered was not in the bag.Instead, it was a McChicken. I was unable to go back to the location due to having to stay with my children. Very disappointing.Do not go to this location. Update 8/3/21: They are getting better. The screens in the drive thru weren?t working. When the cashier asked me what I wanted I asked her to please wait because the... screens weren?t working and we needed to look the menu up. She told me she knew but was impatient and constantly saying, ?Isthat it? Is that it?? When I pulled up to her window, she told me the total and I asked her if it was for my order and Irepeated my order to her. She rolled her eyes and replied, ?Don?t yo face match the picture on my screen.? I couldn?t see herscreen so I wouldn?t know. McDonald?s sometimes messes up and charges me for someone else?s order so I was just confirming it.She was so rude and had an attitude the entire time. I pulled up to the next window and they asked me to pull forward and waitfor my food. We waited about 5 minutes. The order was incorrect so I had to go back around and inside. I explained that theygave me the wrong order in drive thru. They rushed to give me my correct order which I wish they didn?t. When my kids and Iopened our meals, they were soggy and runny. The taste was even worse. We took a couple of bites and had to throw everythingaway because it was undercooked. I?ve never had this experience with a McDonald?s before. This location is horrible. Would like to give a rating but after sitting 20 minutrs in drive thru and finally making it to the screen to place our order,... sat there for another 10 minutes, then tried to go inside to be told that the computers were not working and the only way theycould take our order was thru drive thru, we decided to just leave. This was after leaving another McDonald's that had a drivethru line that went all the way out into the main street, we had sat in that line for 20 minutes as well. Read more
After sitting in line an hour and making it to the drive thru menu at 12:54, we noticed customers in front of us yelling at... window. Customers were upset waiting in line to only be told they were closed. I asked manager at window (Cindy) , why did shehave customers and hungry kids waiting in a closed line. She stated I thought my team told the line we were closed. Cindy wasseen around 12:40 making sure doors were locked to the inside. At that time she could have told everyone that we wouldn't beservwd because they was closing early. Read more
All going well until the server brought our food and then she tipped hot coffee on to a 3 year old and 11 year old. The 3 year... got a free toy for the stress cause. Didn't even get any sort of refund. Read more
Can't believe this place. I'm not sure if it's the incompetence of the workers or the selfishness and greed of the owner. My... fiance, my brother and I were coming home from a full day at Disney and needed a quick bite to eat. Nothing else was open so westopped here. The line was long which was fine, but menu is what I have an issue with. Some kind of "night menu" bullcrap. Theyonly have the most expensive options available, and the amount of options were slim too. They didn't have mcdoubles ormcchickens available, but the crispy chicken and big Mac was there to buy. I even asked if the still had all the ingredients,thinking they were out, but nope they had everything, they just wouldn't let anyone buy it. It's nothing but a cash grab and totop it all off the cashier decided to be rude as well when I asked they even had. Unless you're dying of starvation or haveliterally no other option, skip this mcdonalds for literally any other restaurant on the road. Read more
