Fast service. Very good food. Needs to improve cleaning, especially in the area of ??the soft drink machine. Well-dosed soft... drinks. Lack of organization in accessories such as napkins, cup lids and distribution of fortune cookies. Suggestions: offerdisposable knives and alcohol gel near the soda machine. Read more
Food was warm on delivery but the food tasted great! Love the teriyaki chicken! The noodles were kinda dry!
We initially went to a different Panda Express, and their power was out. So we checked this one, and the website said the menu... was limited here (supply chain stuff), so we called ahead and asked if they had Beijing Beef and Honey Shrimp, and they saidyes. So we made the 32 minute drive out of our way to come here. When we got here, they said they only had noodles, rice, andorange chicken. Idk why they lied to us on the phone, but we wasted gas to come out here (and gas is too expensive for that). Iunderstand supply chain issues, I'm not upset about that specifically, that can't be helped. I also understand the other storelosing power, again it can't be helped. But to outright lie on the phone is unacceptable. If the employees don't have theintegrity to tell the truth on the phone, who knows what other corners they are cutting inside the kitchen. We ate here yesterday and it was exactly what you would expect from Panda! I got mixed vegetables and rice with orange chicken... and string bean chicken. He got mixed vegetables and rice with orange chicken and walnut shrimp. He mentioned that the walnutshrimp wasn't as crispy as usual. Someone wasn?t paying attention to her job. I ordered fried rice with orange chicken and instead they gave me noodles and honey... sesame chicken. Also, they put just 4 little pieces of chicken that looked like left over. Not happy at all???????????????????????????????????????? Read more
So have been to Panda's many times over throughout the years, I remember when they use to give a good portion size serving of... the food, tonight I went in to pick up food because you can't order online for whatever reason doesn't work, so arrive at8:25p.m. wait in line for a good 10 mins because only one person attending the front counter, finally get to order & ask for 2of the bigger plates or 3 item & side as I've called it of rice & the other noodles, anyways at this time they already don'thave certain items, so have to settle for all orange chicken, the young lady serves up the rice & noodles which isn't no wherenear a full spoonfuls & had to ask if you could add some more rice & noodles, then she is removed & sent back to handling thedrive thru, so he comes another female worker finishes tending to my order, the original person serving me started the fillingthe tray, then 2nd one comes in & finishes my order after asking me several times if it was reg plate, which I said no, so Ididn't notice how much o.c. the 1st person had already placed in the container, now mind you this is suppose to be a biggerplate times 3 of orange chicken, well I'll let the pictures speak for themselves..so not sure if the owners or management istelling them to give small portions & charging the menu price, but its definitely unacceptable of the serving, especially at theprice I'm paying for it your food!
