My wife accidentally ordered a pizza thru Uber eats instead of the Papa John?s website and immediately cancelled within 2... minutes when she realized they tried to charge us 40 dollars for one pizza! Uber refused to refund us the whole amount and ischarging us a 26 dollar cancellation fee!!! Shame on this company for allowing Uber Eats to price gauge customers! Delivery time was very good. Earlier than expected. Driver was friendly. We ordered a large customized pizza on which we... splitted the toppings in half. One side for me and one side for my wife. Unfortunately I only got a 1/4 pizza with my toppingsand my wife got the 3/4. Very disappointing. We also ordered three Seasoning Shaker but only got one. Since you have to pay forthem it would be nice if you get what you pay for. Pizza was not hot but also not cold. For the delivery time it was okay. For a$ 30 pizza I would definitely expect much better quality. Next time we will try another place. Read more

I ordered a NY style extra large pizza. After receiving the pizza, I was greeted to a pretty sad sized pizza. When I mean sad... sized pizza, I literally felt like I got ripped off. The pizza didn't even touch the ends of the box. I normally never complainbut went back to the store to inquire about the size. They were friendly and said yeah that's the extra large. "No such thing as a bad pizza" I beg to differ. Pizza hut and Dominos are not even close to Papa John's. If you care about... quality then this is the best pizza out of the three hands down. The price may be a bit more but you get what you pay for. Read more
