If you are looking for a laid-back yet elevated dining experience, you need to go to Pie Fection. Visited their Kissimmee locale... and definitely looking forward to going back. They have another location in Metro West area. Pleasantly surprised to find outthat it is a Italian-Brazilian restaurant. Thought I'd be walking in to a run of the mill pizza joint, but was totally surprisedto walk in to a good looking dinning and bar space with a casual atmosphere. There is a full service bar. They have live musicevery Sunday, Tuesday and saxophone entertainment on Thursdays. Note, live music nites your check will come with a $2 CoverCharge for the entertainment. I happened to go when they had a gentleman singing varied music styles, especially jazzy bossanova. Service was excellent. Leticia, our server, was very nice and helpful with menu selections. There are two menus. What Iwould call the regular menu combining some Brazilian fare with a pretty good selection of appetizers, pizzas, sweet pizzas,traditional pasta dishes, salads, etc. The second menu is a more limited gourmet and pricey selection. Prices in general runmid range to pricey depending on item and menu you are ordering from. My son had the small buffalo children pizza (around$16.99). I am not a huge wings person but this pizza was delish. All ingredients on the pizza were fresh and tasty. The crustwas thin, crisp and chewy. The restaurant bakes the pizzas in this huge circular oven. I splurged and had the gorgonzola risottowith 8oz filet mignon (around $31.00). OMG! The filet was perfectly cooked and tender, a top a bed of creamy and cheesy risotto.Everything was seasoned very well. The portion was decent as well. Lastly, I had their churros with dulce de leche and ice cream....very sweet and yummy! Sorry no pics of the churros, as my phone died. Highly recommend Pie Fection! Read more
As a pizza lover I am always looking and checking out new places. This place is amazing! They have different Brazilian style... pizzas and one of my new favorites the guava and cheese pizza! Yes you read that right, please don?t take my word on howdelicious it is and go taste it yourself. Read more
First of all I?d like to mention that a lot of the pizzas there are Brazilian style since this is a Brazilian owned restaurant.... There are some other Brazilian snacks. Decided to go eat there and no tables available. Waiting time estimated 1hr. Waitress suggest us to order the pizza "to go"... ready in 15min. We ordered and we wait only 58... Only 58 minutes!! Guess what?! I order half banana half strawberry withNutella and for our surprise comes half cheese instead. Called the manager to complain, he offered a refund. The place is awesome, pizza was great and servers are friendly and great, too. The food came quick, very hot and delicious! The... environment is beautiful, but a few things I didn't like and I'd like to mention here, in order to be improved. First, theydidn't have a host/hostess to sit us, second, they only play "sertanejo/Brazilian country" music, that is really boring and inmy opinion, they should play more versatile musics, and the last, the ketchup (Hunt's/Chef's Quality) and Mayo (Sysco Classic)being served in packets, is the worst thing to experience at a Brazilian Pizza Place. Service and setting are very good. It?s modern and fresh. I liked my wine, but for me the pizza fell flat. Tons of toppings but... when I asked to deviate from their menu item by adding one item ? Loved this place. Found it when we were hungry late night and as soon as we sat down we knew we wanted to bring my friends... children. Guillerme was kind and friendly and patient with my endless questions and made our first experience great when we werehaving a tough day. When we went back we had Julio and he was so sweet. He ran out to find us when I left my card too. The pizzawas on point and the little one loved the smores dessert pizza. The waiting staff are doing their best but look short handed.Definitely making this a regular spot. Read more
