Ordered 3 pizzas, They delivered the pizzas however, order was incorrect. The pizza with chicken and peppers came without the... peppers. I called 7x and 7x, I was directed to a call center and was advised that they could not get me through the actualstore. True example of bad customer service. It?s upsetting you can't get a live person to express your concerns but they werequick to take order and cash. I looked at the receipt and the receipt clearly has the correct order, however the personpreparing the order did not read. This is an indicator that there is no one checking orders for quality before sending ordersout. Will not order again and do not recommend. Read more

I put in my delivery order at 8:15 and it?s 10:13 pm and it still hasn?t been delivered. I called the store and I was put on... hold for 10 minutes. When someone finally answered the phone, I was told that the order was cancelled and when I asked why, Iwas told that the driver called me and I didn?t answer. At this point, I came to the store and asked to speak to a manager.Patricia Smith who is the manager, came to us with the receipt and said that it was cancelled because I didn?t answer the phone.I explained to them that I never received a text apart from ?food is out for delivery? and that my phone never rang. Patriciajust wasn?t trying to better the situation and as a manager, I?d think that would be her job. She then proceeded to say that Iwas the problem and when asked if that?s how she speaks to customers, she said yes. I honestly don?t understand how a manager isallowed to act like that and her team isn?t any better. The tall guy with glasses was also very rude and sarcastic when it cameto the situation. All in all, I was told that the restaurant was closing and I can understand why. If you?re looking for pizza,I wouldn?t recommend this particular store because your order might get cancelled without notice and the manager will proceed toblame and antagonize you. There are far better pizza spots around. Corporate, I ask that you train your managers in the art ofmanagement and issue resolution. Read more

The building and surrounding grounds and parking lot had an air of abandonment about it - unkempt. There is also a sign in the... window informing customers that Pizza Hut keeps any coin change due to the national coin shortage. So I guess these people aremaking tips whether the quality of food and service deserves it or not. The wait staff working the window was rude, and when wegot back to our resort next door we found that all three pizzas were significantly underdone. The sauce was cool, the toppingswere sliding off, and the crust was doughy. If zero stars were an option, that's what I would have chosen. We come back to ourresort every summer for two weeks and usually order multiple times, it's a shame that I'll have to look further afield for adifferent Pizza Hut. Read more

Just ordered $75 worth of food and they delivered the food to the wrong place. I m calling this location and been on a stupid... hold for 36 min. At this time I just want my money back. Stupidity at its finest starting with management why because it's wherethe buck stops. They are responsible for this fumble. Read more

Worst place ever. I tried to order for over 50 minutes with constant holds. They would answer, then rudely put me on hold and... not return. I called back with new people answering with the same result. I'll never order Pizza Hut again. Too many great pizzaplaces to be treated like garbage by this chain. I recommend you don't waste your time. I asked them to stop putting me in holdand they did anyway with no explanation. Read more

My family orders from Pizza Hut once a week. We typically don?t have an issue. However, this time things didn?t go so well. We... placed our order as normal. We received our pizza is a reasonable amount of time. However, our breadsticks were burnt and theysent an extra pizza and changed us for it. I understand mistakes happen, but it?s about how you resolve it. I called the thestore and a call center answered. They could not assist me. They transferred me to the store. I was on hold for 20 minutes.Nobody answered. Then I called the customer satisfaction line. They could not help me. I called the store again. I was on holdfor 40 minutes. No answer. I called the following day. I was on hold and the line disconnected. I called again. Guess what I wason hold for another 30 minutes and nobody answered. I was also told the store would call me and they never did. I will neverorder from a company that over charges you and has no way to fix it. Read more

Ordered a pan pizza, paid several dollars for extra cheese. The confirmation email said it would be ready in 20 minutes. I got... there 5 minutes early and was given this nasty pizza. It was obviously old, cold, lacked cheese, and had way too much sauce onthe edges. I tried to explain to to the cashier that I paid for extra cheese. She said this was extra cheese, I told her Ialways order extra cheese and it never looks like this. I explained it was old and cold and not what I paid for but she refusedto make another one. If I hadn?t already paid online I would have refused it. The rest of my order was cold as well. I?ll berequesting a refund for this inedible piece of garbage. Read more
