This has been the worst experience I?ve ever had at Pizza Hut with a simple carry out order. These workers behave as if they... were in their own home. I was literally standing in the register for 20 minutes while they just passed by me and went outside totalk on the phone as if I was invisible. When I finally shouted what the hell is going on here, they decided to help me andstill have the audacity to ask for a tip. WHAT A JOKE! You would think they?ll be higher expectations in such a touristy area?NOT. Never again! I do not recommend this Pizza Hut to anyone!!! Read more
Tasty pizza! The service could have been a little faster and the women?s restroom a bit cleaner, but good experience overall
I usually love Pizza Hut but since Buffalo NY got rid of all our locations the only time I can get it is if I go out of state.... I?m on a 2 week trip to Florida & Atlanta , was super excited to be able to have PizzaHuts pizza & of course it had an offtaste! It wasn?t terrible it was normal ?fake? pizza but it most definitely wasn?t the same I was upset & ended up not evenfinishing one slice. Super bummed out but maybe I?ll try again another time ???? I didn't like the service that much, I orded a half-meat and half-cheese pizza and they just gave me meat, I orded a 2 liter... soda for me and my children but they gave us the drink in 3 big cups with 90% of the drink being ice, I think it was cause thestaff there is playing around and not paying attention to nothing, I do not know if they are poorly trained or simply that isthe service of the place, although I notice there's a lack of employee's I think it can be better.. Ordered a stuffed cheese crust. After 1 hour of waiting I walked across the street to ask why is it taking so long to deliver.... They replied with oh are online is weird it prolly sent it to the other. So we reordered from this location still took a halfhour after the pizza was done an was texted they are on the way. How does it take that long to go ACROSS the street. Now uponarrival had the wrong order was a half an half of cheese an pepperoni. Wrong called back they did reimburse an said they willget us the proper pizza that we paid for. Second time back it's a deep dish with pizza sauce on top. Attempted to call restaurant to let them know the sauce I had received for my breadsticks didn?t look right. They responded to... me with ?then don?t eat it and throw it away.? Absolutely no customer service. I asked for a refund just on my breadsticks. Theemployee responded with ?you can still eat the breadsticks without the sauce.? Obviously I understand that, but that?s not thepoint. I then asked to maybe speak with someone else as I didn?t feel I was getting anywhere and he hung up on me. Horriblehorrible service. Read more
We ordered a pizza using a third party app. Had to wait an hour for our food. After that wait we got a call from the delivery... driver that said Pizza Hut didn?t make our order and decided to cancel. There was no heads up at all. So now it?s too late toorder from anywhere else and we are stuck without food. Way to go! After this I will not be supporting this restaurant again. Read more
Pizza, wings, and cheesesticks were not to bad. Service from Jordan was great! The manager that was on his shift on 11/11/22 at... 7:49pm Was horrible she was rude to not only me as a customer but the employee's as well which was to me very unprofessional. Weasked for water and there was bugs in the water. I would never recommend this place as a dine-in at all. Read more
