This place is disgusting. The health department will be called and advised of the disgusting roaches and staff there using same... gloves for all stations. They were rude and the food is placed on the plates do not even match the order you place. Theycomplain about doing their job to correct the order. The manager was argumentative and stated that he was there for 25 years notsure what management things is good service. However this was not. The reviews are deceiving as this place is always dirty andtheir was roach in the beans. Do not go here save yourself the trip and go to a real authentic restaurant. Read more
My husband and I went to Pillow Tropical on August 16, 2022 very excited and happy to try the New Chicken Wings...It was 1:30... in the afternoon and NO Chicken Wings...We stand in line and the Cashier says we ran out no more chicken wings...At 1:30 in theafternoon NO Chicken Wings NOT ACCEPTABLE.. This stores has an excellent location, with easy access, plenty of parking spots, very professional and efficient servers which... not only provide a great service, but also take the time to interact with clients. Congrats to Michelle who is very nice, kind,and of course efficient too. I passed by just to have a quick lunch, however extended my time having a nice conversation withthe one amazing "Boricua" who was assisting in the room. An excellent store I come here almost four times a week the service is great the location is excellent the service is very fast... the food is very good grade 10 not to mention that when you go for lunch inside the store there is a guy named VICTOR G. he isvery solicit, considerate, committed and dedicated TO EVERYONE AND with work. He is extremely polite and always wants to helppeople. This Man works very well. I recommend this store to everyone and look for VICTOR. He is like my MANAGER in the store. This is it for me I've been there twice and twice my order has been wrong for the price that they charge you I prefer to go to...
