The food was good but not great. It took a long time to come. The waitress was really poor. She asked us 8 times in the space of... 10 minutes if we were doing OK (we counted) and eventually we had to tell her that she didn't need to keep asking us. We alsoasked how much the fresh Lobster was (the menu told us to ask our server) and she didn't know - she said she thought it wasabout 33$. We also asked what the stuffing in the "stuffed Lobster" was, and she didn't know but said it was very nice. In theend the Lobster was 37$ and the stuffing wasn't very nice (and it cost extra, which she didn't tell us). Overall it was let downby poor service from the waitress and slow service from the kitchen. The setting itself was lovely though. Read more
My food was great but my wife had what looked like some kind of label in her cezar salad . When we showed the waiter he said I'm... sorry would you like another. My wife had a hard time eating the rest of her meal after that. Read more
We went there yesterday for an early dinner.We were seated right away and our waitress Chazzity was a sunshine and we enjoyed... her positive attitude, service and all the information she gave us.She made us feel very welcome.Also our compliments to thecook, the food was delicious ????. The staff at this Red Lobster is amazing, from the greeters at the door to the waitresses. Nemsys and Craig do a marvelous job... sitting people. Everything is well organized. Bathrooms are clean and food is top notch. Our server, Angel Nicole did a greatjob too and it was always on time and on top of our needs. We will definitely come back! Read more
If my family and I could give this 0 stars we would. My father ordered Flounder with lobster topped mash potatoes. When we got... back to our hotel my dad made a comment that the bag of food felt really light as if there was no food in the bag. We weresurprised that his comment turned out to be the truth. This probably explains why the lady was so quick to deliver our food anddismiss us. Maybe curbside pick up isn’t the best option but here’s a lesson: ALWAYS CHECK YOUR FOOD BEFORE YOU LEAVE!!! I've always loved a good Red Lobster and that cheddar biscuit. The service at this location was great especially our server... Megan(sp). The food came out hot as usual and was very tasty. Certain items such as salmon and shrimp was a bit over cooked aswell as the broccoli(my personal preference is a crunch and items cooked at the right temperaturel. The drink was good (lackthat kick) and the appetizers were amazing. This location is right in the mix by the attractions and hotels but I believe it'sbig enough to accommodate. Read more
From the moment we walked in Craig was amazing. The customer service here is the best I've encountered and I lived in Vegas 7... years. My family and I were here on vacation and decided to eat at Red Lobster for dinner on Wednesday at 4pm. We were notdisappointed. Our waitress Emma was a delight, she kept our drinks full and asked numerous times "Did we need anything else". All four of our meals were hot and delicious. We definitely will come back.
