This has to be the worst Starbucks I have ever been too. I order same drink everyday at home. Go here one day they messed up my... drink so badly I go in and they have attitude I didn't order half and half I ordered heavy cream, the bigger lady tells me it'ssame and heavy cream has sugar. I go today I tell them I want to try my drink first and for the cost it's more then universalit should be made right. I then ordered more coffee to go with my cup of heavy cream. I will not be back ever it's easier forme to go to Disney or universal and get my drink done right and cheaper. The lid on our tall hot coffee will not stay on Iguess they also failed to see how badly damaged the rim of cup was. Very safe! Read more
I get my coffee mobile ordered here everyday. It?s very hit or miss. The drinks are never made the same, and they often are out... of fan favorites, but at least the coffee is decent. It?s the only Starbucks on my route. This morning I had issues with themobile app, and they were very unhelpful. They could have just made the drink (we literally order every morning) but refused andsent me to customer service on my now already delayed morning. I?d also say the staffing was inconsistent. Sometimes they?llhave people just standing around talking, and one girl just staring at the tablet while one person take orders and make drinks.The management definitely does not hold all their staff to the same expectations. This is the rudest Starbucks I've ever been to. They don't like doing the mobile orders and always give me attitude for picking... it up in the driveway. They always forget items and get mad when you tell them. Then they only fill the venti cups up half wayfor hot drinks. The one girl in the driveway today was the meanest person I've ever met there, when she apologized for beingrude it was the most insincere sorry where she rolled her eyes... I'm over this store. Stopped by this location 4 times in 6 days and only had 1 bad experience with a male server delaying my mobile order 10 min... because it didn't specify that my cold breakfast sandwich needed to be heated ????. My last attempt at a mobile order wastrying the drive thru. Well this young lady had the best energy and made both beverages perfectly.
