Zero stars. This location is the worst Subway store I?ve ever been to. First off, I had to place my order through someone else?s... account because this store always shuts off mobile ordering and the subway app does not allow payments to go through. I placedan order to be ready for 1:50pm, I go in around 1:45pm and the order is already done and very cold. Both subs I asked to betoasted and they were not even slightly warm which means they were made a while before 1:50pm. I get in my car to check the subsand both severely lacked protein. My sub was all bread and vegetables. This store also has Italian herb and cheese bread butit?s not available on their app to order. Today, they said the bread was burnt although I was told previously that I couldrequest Italian herb and cheese bread in special instructions since it isn?t an option on their mobile app. I also had specialinstructions and when asked if they provided sauce on the side, the red headed female employee said she put it on the subcompletely ignoring my special requests. I have had SEVERAL poor experiences at this location from terrible food quality andterrible customer service. The red headed woman always has an attitude and never wants to do what the customer asks for. I wentback in to have both subs remade and they reluctantly remade them for me. I had a survey coupon code for 2 free cookies or adrink, and was denied because she says I HAVE to rate their store a 10 to receive the cookies or drink. I have never heard ofhaving to rate your store experience a 10. This seems to be a shady tactic for this store to receive excellent reviews despitetheir terrible customer service and food quality. If someone could please reach out to me and report this location, and thatemployee because this is an ongoing issue for MANY customers at this location. Something needs to be done or they will continuelosing loyal Subway customers. Read more

Terrible place have subway most days for lunch today there was one employee there a girl with red hair she was not pleasant no... please or thank you almost confrontational my work associate and I made a note not to visit this store again. This Subway has lost me as a customer forever. I will no longer visit this one nor any other ones that have the same owner. Last... week I tried ordering subs through the app since I had a coupon. This Subway had the online ordering turned off. This hadhappened a few times before so I went in and asked about using the coupon. The manager said he would not accept the coupon and the only way I could use it was to "go to another store." I have managed many restaurants including a Subway when I was youngerand was appaled by the lack of customer service. I know it is much better for a company to comp a 6 inch sub and make sure thecustomer is satisfied then to take his route. I asked why online order was off and it was because they were out of 3 items. Iaccepted that answer, still purchased a sub and went home. I did bring this to the Subway website hoping that a regional managerwould reach out to me to rectify the situation but all I received was a response about new items. That had nothing to do with myactual complaint about lack of customer service. Today I woke up wanting a sub. I went online to order and sure enough no onlineordering. This means that after almost a week the manager of this location STILL couldn't drive to another location to borrowthe product his store was out of or get it on another truck or perhaps they just don't want to accept coupons that corporate putout either way this is unacceptable and has ruined Subway for me. I had an issue ordering on the app but as soon as I got to the store Daysha helped me right away and fixed the problem for me... asap. Talk about good customer service! Great appreciated! Read more

This is the worse SUBWAY in all of the Orlando Kissimmee Poinciana area. I get subs for my whole family every week, 4 subs a... week. With out fail In the last 10 weeks I?ve been there they have only had the rotisserie chicken for the chicken bacon ranchTWICE, in 10 visits I?ve only gotten my sandwich 2 times. When they don?t have the meat that goes on it they charge you more forthe sandwich because they need to add bacon $1.50 per sandwich. If it?s not the meat it?s the bread either no Italian herbs andcheese or white at 4-6 pm? Why? Whose lack of planning is this? Also they rarely have cookies made when I go. I?ve spoken tothe regional supervisor ROSIE almost every time I leave the store and her last words of advice to me were to just go to anothersubway im not going to be happy going to this store. Well if I?ve called you 8-9 times to give you complaints and suggestionsand you tell me to go somewhere else it?s because you don?t care to fix the issue. The employees there rarely are in a goodmood and seem annoyed that customers complain when something is wrong. Again this subway is extremely bad! If I could give it 0stars I would. Read more

This girl was not in a good mood. When my husband asked her to change his bread (because the one she was going to serve him was... falling apart), she completely changed her attitude and reluctantly began to serve us. She smashed my sandwich and my husband'ssandwich was topped with souce. Horrible customer service, I don't even know how she keeps working, if she's not even going todo it right, that's what they're paying her for. Read more
