Placed an order through the website and my order was canceled with no reason. Paid for the food and everything. Called this... location and person keeps picking up and hanging up the phone. No longer does drive-thru pick up. Order is wrong usually anyway.Horrible. Hope this place makes major changes because Subway is a good place to eat. Read more

Pretty greedy owner. I bought two subs but, they do not even have a cup for water. The server text the owner or manager and... he/she said they that they can not give cup for water anymore. Ask me if I will spend my money there again. A simple cup forwater will cost the owner way more money because the just lost 3 customers that used to buy from them at least twice a week. Noteverybody knows how to run a business? just saying! By the way the bread was not fresh. It was so hard that I could playbaseball with it. Read more

Today I went to this store for a sandwich, the lady who attended me was quite rude, it is as if the quotients stinked her or... they were going to ask them for the minimum free food. My daughter I'm sorry for having gone to that place and I will neverreturn to this store. I do not recommend it. We have ordered here several times, but the past few times have not been the best experience however this last one I was... extremely disappointed and uncomfortable. We ordered mobile order on Saturday the 19th, and pick up time was for 5:20pm, wearrived shortly after that time and the order had not even been started so my husband waited while he helped others and thenmade our order that was already paid for. We got home and sat down to eat and realized one of the orders was incorrect, missinghalf of the toppings ordered and was also drowning in mayo when regular mayo was ordered. The other sandwich was correct but wasalso drowning in mayo and was soupy and soggy, the 3rd sandwich had cold bacon when it was one of the hot sandwiches. I droveback to have the order corrected and since he was helping 2 others I waited off to the side by the front but was notacknowledged at all. He looked up at me twice and kept looking away until he finally walked over and just stood in front of mestarring at me but not speaking. It was very awkward. I let him know we picked up the mobile order but it was not madecorrectly. Again he just starred at me and didn't speak. I told him I needed the order redone because it was not correct, hestill just kept looking at me like he was annoyed and didnt know why I was there, walked away back to the other people he waswith and just said "I'll have someone". I got behind the two he was helping and waited but he never got anyone or said anythingto anyone. When he was finished with the other people he walked over to me but again didn't speak and just looked. I gave him myreceipt and told him it was the top order. He took the receipt and started to remake the sandwich. When he was finishing Inoticed he was still not putting all the toppings so I told him he was forgetting, he just said "yep!" I have ordered here numerous times and each time my order is done wrong. I?ve tried to give them chance after chance maybe... thinking they might have been busy or just had a bad day but WOW!! Placed another order just 15 min ago , picked it up and assoon I opened all 3 of the sandwiches... all done wrong!!!! when you tell them it was done wrong it?s always a problem like ifit was my fault. If I could give zero stars I would, this place has the most terrible disrespectful customer service. One of their... representatives actually sold me she gift cards that I gave away as gifts- NONE of them worked. she didn?t activate a single oneof them. And she knew it, she just wanted me out of the store because she couldn?t figure it out. Extremely unprofessional. Theyhave no regard for customer service. The supposed ?sandwich artists? have personal conversations while on the line helpingcustomers. They go as SLOW as physically possible, almost as if it?s a joke to them. And don?t ever expect them to have sweettea, Because they literally never have. Any time I?ve been in there. The containers are there, they are just empty. Now they sayit?s because of covid. Understandable. Frustrating nonetheless. Get better employees, and don?t lie to your customers. Just anawful representation of the subway brand and a real shame to the franchise. Read more

I'm a regular customer at this store (2370 Irlo Bronson Memorial Hwy). For the most part, the Store is clean, but the Store... Manager needs to go. Kim Mason is the most unprofessional, disrespectful, angry, and repulsive person I have ever dealt with.Today I went to the Store to order a sandwich, as I arrived, I greeted her and she ignored me. I asked her to please wash herhands and change her gloves and she gave me an attitude. I told her I really didn't appreciate her attitude and her response wasto leave the Store and go someplace else. I told her I would leave the Store once I had my sandwich and her response was, "I'mthe Manager and I have the right to refuse service to anyone, I want you to leave now". I asked for her supervisor's phonenumber and she told me to get it myself from the outside of the Store posted on the glass. I went outside and I didn't see thenumber there. I went inside and ask again for the number and she refuse to provide me with the number. I then left. The solutionto this would be to replace her with another person who truly enjoys working there and truly respects people and has excellentcustomer service skills. I was able to get the District Manager's phone number and left a voicemail for a call back. Tomorrow Iwill be contacting the Owner as well to share her behavior in the hopes that they take corrective action. I urge anyone who hasproblems with this lady to contact the District Manager and file a complaint. Eventually either she will get replaced or theStore will continue to loose customers. You can also try reaching out to the Owner in the hopes that he will do something aboutit if he cares about his loyal customers. Read more
