Date 11/18/2021 9:13 AM Very rude customer service. The server got upset because I wanted to add some add ons to my sandwich.... The server was very upset. There are plenty of people that need jobs and would be very happy to work at subway. But I guess thisperson hates there job. I would not recommend this Subway to nobody. Read more

No clean, no customer service, nothing at all. The dude loosing his hair and have a pony tail works with an attitude, like he... didn't wanted to work there, loosing everyone's time. I wonder if they hired him because he knew Spanish, but he didn't want tospoke that language. Read more

Bad attitude of employees and gave us the wrong order. Incompetence damages the subway brand. We didn?t check our order trusting... all was good and a foot long sandwich was delivered as 6 inch. It is impressive how the customer service can change your mood. I was with my grandmother making my order and not one, but the... three of the employees had a bad attitude toward us. The first one was extremely rude, I just asked if they had bread and hereply as if I asked the weirdest question. The one that made my bread was really angry and he treated us really bad. He might meon a bad mood today, but this is not my fault, and it is not the first time he takes my order. The three times I?ve been here,he acts the same way. And the register guy was awful, he was not paying attention to our order and he charged us more than whatit was. I mean, if you do not want to work here then do not do it. If you need to, then act like if you want to or at least bepolite with your customers. Read more
