This location was clean, employees were professional, and conveniently located. Where they can improve is making sure employees... are more focused on order details. In my combo box with three items, one item had beans and another had meat even though eachitem was swapped with beans on app. Was on our way to the airport so I did grab n go order and since there were long lines oftraffic going in opposite direction, could not turn back. Fast, friendly staff. Dining room clean. Food could come out a bit more hot/warm. Better and more clean then same Taco bell down... road by Lowe's. Read more
This Taco Bell sucks after making a big order God forbid you ask them to add one thing after waiting forever in a line with only... two people, you will be rudely informed we don?t add stuff at the window it?s toco bell policy. What a shame never returning. Ifthis is a policy upper management needs to review this because if you want people to drive around and rejoin a line to add asingle item you need to be much quicker than that. Read more
Ordered the chicken burrito, had only a tiny piece of chicken, asked for sauce and the employee got mad only gave me 2 (order 2... big combos)no napkins, no straws. Will never go back to this place, just cross the street and order wendys or drive a littledown and buy at another taco bell location. Corporate needs to come check out this Taco Bell. Something?s up with that place and their employees. Employee not professional... at all cursing in front of customers outside. Tried to dine in during the daytime. As they see you walk up to the door to goinside,There was some lady in regular clothes (don?t think she even worked there) holding the door closed from the inside notletting people in, saying go through the drive through and who knows what for. Something is going on there. They need to checkwhat kind of people they got working there. Ended up just leaving. Didn?t want to go through their drive through after that.Won?t go there again.
