This is the third time I've tried this location and every single time my food has been wrong or just terrible. The taco dosnt... even taste right with the teaspoon of meat they did put on, and missing everything else lol. the burrito has no cheese inbetween the layers and came looking like that. and the fries were just old as hell ....... This is one of the nicer locations of a taco bell, I just had to do a review because when in the drivethrough the most wonderful... employee was taking the order. Sadly I didn't get her name which I forgot but the young lady had such a warm personality thatseemed like she really like being there. It was just great to see. Read more
Ordered a couple of tacos and was disappointed with the lack of meat in each one. I ordered Crunchy Taco Supreme but the tacos... didn?t come with any sour cream. Also, the taco shells had a chemical taste to them. Read more
Popped in here tonight for some food as my son raves about how good Taco Bell is but the customer service in this branch was not... the greatest. Restaurant was pretty empty but service was slow and then we had to queue a second time to get cups for ourdrinks and a third time to get a slush we had ordered in the first place. Just seemed pretty disorganised and the manager waspretty rude when we went back the third time. Enjoyed the food though. Read more
Waited in the long drive-thru. Ordered five things. Got to the window only had four things. I told him I was short one they told... me I didn't order five things I said I sure did you have to go back through the line. That's crazy I ordered what I ordered it'snot my fault you guys didn't get my whole order well there's nothing I could do about it he said. Every time I try this place they are extremely slow, Its fast food there is no reason It should take 15 minutes with no other... cars in the drive through to prepare 3 soft tacos. They are always busy and always extremely slow. While its new location andstaff is trying they are not excelling or adapting. The management expectations appear spotty at best. Read more
