It was my birthday. I don't go out often but I chose this location to celebrate. The girl seemed annoyed we were even there,... makes sense we were the only ones in the building. Incredibly slow service given it was half full, waited 30+ minutes to be served stone cold fries with all our meals, by the time... replacements got close we had finished what food was a reasonable temperature. Avoid this place or be very disappointed Read more
We arrived at 10pm and they closed at 2am. Our greeting was: "Let me see IF someone will take you".... wow. The restaurant was... empty they had 3 tables at most. I had to be behind our server for our drinks, refills, orders and everything. The food wasnasty. All of the chicken looked and tasted like it was old and re-fried. Food was warm not even hot. In the middle of us eatingshe was pretty proactive in giving us the check, while we needed refills and didn't even asked if we wanted desert. Restaurant was very empty and they seated us ALL the way off to the side where no one was. And when more people arrived they sat... them on the other side where everyone was. So we ended up being the only table on that side of the restaurant. It was odd. Thewaitress was good to us but it seemed all the staff had a disagreement over where to sit customers. And our waitress kept endingup with no tables. There disagreement got a bit loud. The food was horrible. My husband's pasta was burnt when it came out atfirst but the second time it was better. Kids burgers were hard. Worst part, my daughter left her phone at this store andsomeone stole it and tried to sell it to a phone store down the street. I wouldn't come here again. Read more
I haven’t had this bad of service in a while. To begin, when walked the restaurant was almost completely empty and the hostess... wasn’t sure what time they closed. Secondly, our order was taken by the bus boy who wasn’t sure what was in the drinks ashe was taking our order to help out. After 15min of no service, I got up to and told our party of 6 to go as we were not gettingservice. The lady who was standing 3 feet from us informed us she was our waiter she was just on break… How are we supposed toknow that? Unfortunately the service continued to go down from there. First, we ordered a burger and requested that it be welldone but it came out pink after we specifically asked for it to be well done, the fries were hard the ribs were extremely dry.Once we try to make our waiter aware of the issues that we were having at the table, she started walking off and signal someoneelse with her hands to come and help. Unfortunately we were not able to get her name since she did not introduce Or greet uswhen she came to the table. Thankfully Jessica the manager on duty satisfactorily addressed our issues with the food andservice. Our hope is that this will help with training future staff and that our experience is better the next time we visit theKissimmee area. Read more
Loved the ribs. A full rack was enough for two, had a meal for both of us under $30. Place was almost empty on a Sunday night... just before 6pm. Lucky us. Read more
Boy, if I could cuss.... I WOULD CUSS right now! The service was terrible and the food was HORRIBLE! And I am being kind. The... service can be explained through the fact that our server was new. She tried. I have to give her credit. But the food wasHORROR-BLE and took a long time to come out. What is sad is that I ordered Chicken Strips. How do you mess up chicken strips?You deepfry them until they shrink and get really hard. I sent them back asking for them a new batch not fried hard or extracrispy. I will be dog gone if they did not look like the same tenders on a different plate. We spoke with the Manager to makehim aware, but he did not receive what we shared.The picture says it all. And then we find out that the Manager was back therecooking. OH MY! Either way, if you visit here and you have instructions for your food, please put a post-a-note on your order.And maybe order something different than the Chicken Tenders. I ordered online for curbside pickup and it was supposed to be ready at 6:17 pm this evening. My husband went to pick it up.... Nobody ever came out to give him the food. He went inside and was ignored. At 6:40 pm he still hadn’t been greeted evenafter a white couple came in later and they were seated. They even acknowledged that he was there first but he was stillignored. The staff was obviously racist!! I even gave a 15% tip for a pickup order. The food was cold by the time we finallygot it. We will NEVER go back!!!!!!! If zero was an option that’s what I would give. One is being generous! Read more
