What to say about Tropical Smoothie Cafe at Rolling Oaks Mall? This location is bigger than any other I have been to. The staff... is friendly and patient and they are following social distancing and mask wearing. The decoration is very colorful and makes youfeel like you are at an island. Great job. My husband and I are on a keto diet and unfortunately this place is not as healthy as they try to make themselves out to be. The... employees don't even explain options of getting the smoothies without sugar or how to make salads to be less carbs. There areway too many net carbs in the food and the smoothies. I have a question about cup sizes too do you offer smaller cups if so theemployees just gave my husband and I both 24oz sizes. Then to top it off the employees do not care if they get your ordercorrect they gave me a wrap when I said salad and I had to turn it back in to get it fixed. The employees kept putting randomorders up on the counter when there were no other guests in the restaurant before I finally got a salad which still was not whatI ordered by that time I didn't care and was extremely hungry so I just had to eat it which is way too high in carbs andcalories and a major issue for my health as I have problems with both my thyroid and liver so my body can not process highcarbs.
