I used to love coming here when they first opened up. Now, its just ridiculous. The wait lines are terrible, every time I come... here they always say they?re not serving smoothies like what is the point of coming here? The staff isn?t that great either. This is a smaller tropical smoothie. Smoothies have always been well made. The only complaint is inconsistent online ordering.... They used to keep them in the cooler but the last time I went they were out in a cube, not refrigerated. Read more
So my total was $12.56 and I hand the cashier $13.06. The cashier must have been new because she didn?t know what change to give... back. The manager comes over and in front of me tells her that I was trying to confuse her and to not let that happen. I don?tappreciate the insinuation and that was clearly not my intention over .50 cents. If they?re going to talk trash at least waitfor the customer to leave. That should have been a coaching moment for the associate in private not a slight to me. The food wasfine and the wait time was fine. The problem was the lady in management. Read more
Store closes before close time, don't waste your time. Get there 5 min before close, and guy says they're closing. So I clarify... does that mean your actually closed? Do your store hours of service do not actually reflect your time. Short story long, theworker couldn't admit they're closed and was rude since the moment we walked in. Also had to pause and look at clock beforeanswering. Zero hospitality, wouldn't actually say they're closed probably to avoid getting in trouble. But from reading otherreviews, looks like they close a good hour before stated times anyways ??????? Don't expect much from here as they're probablygoing to be closing to avoid service. Read more
