Arrived at 10:40 pm tonight (Saturday night), hours online say open until 11:30pm...after watching them serve the people at the... window before us and in the drive-thru we were told," Sorry, we're actually closed at 10:30pm". Then they just left peoplesitting in the drive-thru! Didn't even bother to tell them they were closed. I can understand turning us away, everyone wants togo home after their shift ,but to leave people sitting in the drive-thru blocking the parking lot exit is inexcusable behaviorand poor customer service. The ice cream was good but the wait was insanely slow. There were 3 groups of people in front of us who left because of the long... wait. Once we received our ice creams 45 minutes later they were very rich and tasty. It was a good exercise to practicepatience. Read more
Stayed in Vacation Village, and noticed a long line at the drive thru and window regularly! Finally went over and easily found... out why! The ice cream is awesome and so many fun choices! Read more
I'm in florida on vacation and me and my family love to visit this cute lil ice-cream cone. The customer service is excellent... and the ice-cream is always great for the price. Here is what I got when I ordered the hot fudge brownie boat. The receipt had allthree peanuts, whipped cream and cherry included. But all I got was brownie and ice cream - nothing else. Twisty Treat is a chain of ice cream stands that specializes in soft serve ice cream. This location made it to my Google Maps... list of the Best Places to Find Ice Cream Near Walt Disney World. They have thought of some pretty creative treats with over 20flavors. They also have classic cones and sundaes too. TLDR: Poor service and no bathroom Ice cream was good, but that was the only positive. The menu didn't include prices (which... were too high). Once we finally got our orders, several things were wrong. Plus my husband's "medium" ice cream cone wassignificantly smaller than my nephew's "kiddy" size cone. (???) And then they gave us something randomly that we didn't order.And then the clearly-labeled public restroom was locked, and when we asked the employee to unlock it, they claimed it was foremployees only, although we had already seen several people use it earlier.
