What a horrible experience now 2 times that I?ve been here. The owner won?t even respond to a formal complaint I made. I guess... customer service is not their focus. Tonight the same girl that I had a problem with before was turning people away saying theyare not offer the Twirls. One of their main products. I asked her if there was a reason and she just says ?yup? and wouldn?tanswer. This girl needs to be pulled into a different position and should not be interacting with the customers. She did thesame thing to me a previous time and shut the window on me and walked away. She just does not get it. Ok other nights the staffis great. Hard working and the products are made properly. But I?m not going to drive all the way over to this location forinconsistent service. There were multiple cars that pulled away tonight because of this girl and skipped the window. It was 9pm with nobody in front of us and our order took 10+ min. We had 2 kiddie cones and 1 shake. The shake came out 5 min... before the cones. They had 3+ employees working. Ice cream was good but absolutely nothing special or different. Read more

Good place for ice-cream and shakes. Seating is all outside. Prices are good. Only really ordered the smallest (kiddy) and next... one up (small) as was more than enough. Lots of flavours and topping options. Great place to end the day after a busy day at theparks. Read more

While the product is good the customer service is horrible. I understand entry level job opportunities for teenagers however... they need to learn customer service as well as get proper training. Especially with their own coupons. Went on 6/29 was overcharged for a twirl. She tried to blame it on the signage. I asked her to let her manager know the sign was wrong. She got hermanager who used to work for same company I do so knows excellent guest service. He corrected it saying she over charged me.However when he wasn't present in the past teens don't know how to count cash and coins & short changed me. This time 7/7/22 at8:23pm I had 1 of their coupons for BOGO cone. So got a large cake cone ($3.99) with 1 topping ($0.99) and then another largecake cone ($3.99) with 1 topping ($0.99). Katelyn rang it in and when I presented coupon I was only discounted ($2.19) the codeon receipt said accomplishment certificate NOT bogo. I was not given a receipt at first. I had to check my bank account as shenever told me the new total from $10+ and I had a funny feeling. Yep was right. Was charged $8.35 that's when I asked for areceipt. Then asked her why it's not equal. She said the toppings are extra. I said I get that however buy one get one meansthe whole thing and the base price of the cone is listed $3.99. Upset and frustrated when she said "well do you want a biggerdiscount" I replied I want you to do your job right and left. Great Soft Serve Ice Cream, Good Service, and in/out access is great. What can you really say about this place other then it... serves great soft serve ice cream for a reasonable cost. Service has been good on multiple trips. Location is tough to get tofrom Disney tho. Read more

I purchased a large Sunday and they half fill the cup. I notice and said something to the cashier he said the syrup will not fit... if he add ice cream and closed the window and ignore me. He was so rude! I will never come back to this location. I have atwisted Treat closed to my house and they are so nice and the ice cream does goes all the way up and not hallow like thislocation. I will be emailing corporation as well... they need to retrain ther employees at this location. Read more
