IN PERSON, I don't recall ever having an issue with placing an order and receiving my food. However, ordering ONLINE via... UberEats or DoorDash, I'm consistently MISSING my food items and it's not small items. It's burgers or chicken sandwiches. Iask my driver's to double check the items before departing, which they have and had to ask staff to give them the missing itemsbefore departing, so it's not the drivers! I wouldn't recommend using an online service to receive food from here if possible. Read more
Ordering using the app has been rather difficult lately. Also, I noticed Wendy's doesn't fill the coffee cup more than 2/3 full.... I wouldn't say anyone was rude or anything like that. It seems more like a corporate policy to not fill the coffee cups. Read more

Open late. Parking available. Some staff members are not very friendly. Felt rushed when ordering. Food items (tenders and... fries) were at room temperature. Review based on personal experience and on items consumed on the day of visit. Read more
Its Wendy's! Many times extra long waiting in drive through. Be sure to check order to make sure everything you ordered is in... the bag. Window servers are 99% really nice, even though they're stressed! Read more

I would give negative stars if possible, if you want a sandwich with no condiments or a salad with no toppings this is the place... for you. If you want good service and a well made product then go somewhere else. Even after coming in to fix the order, thelady behind the counter took it personal and gave attitude. All I asked was for the order to be fixed the way it is supposed tobe made, with all the condiments and toppings. Again worse customer service and product service ever!!!! Save your time. Read more
