What do you after going to Halloween Horror Nights and are starving? You obviously go to Wendy's. Of course it was through the... Drive Thru but from I could see inside it looked clean and organized. The service was fast and the food was all you can hope atthat time of the night. My burger was delicious. They did not give us all we payed for.this was in Florida.Here Puerto Rico the food and service is great. That's why we used... the take out..I try calling but no one pick up. All so called the number to complete. I couldn't get only a machine that gocall on other hour. So half of us didn't ate that night. Read more

I waited over an hour along side with 40 cars. It appeared that the workers intentionally not want to serve by slowly taking... order to waste time until closing. When closing time appeared, they told everyone that they're close and not taking orders. What kind of business is this? Never in my life I have seen this issue until now. The place is clean, the food tastes fresh, and the order came out fast. However, the coffee tastes like burnt corn tortillas.... How about changing the coffee to Colombian? For the manager: taste your coffee and that of McDonald's and see the difference. Iknow Wendy's Corporate forces franchises to buy garbage ingredients to make higher profits; however, have you considered howmany people you are turning off just because your coffee tastes, as stated above? The place is in the 4th of July spirit, whichis excellent, but most importantly, it is to have lobby kiosks working so we can order there, and have the register workingcorrectly, so we can pay contactless; it shows the sign, but it doesn't work! So the cash register shut down on us, and they took care of us as we were ordering at the end of the day, and they took care of... us. The food was so good, and they were super nice. They should be commended for their spirit to serve and the graciousness indealing with a very large group. Read more
