This place is disgusting; the let dogs go inside which it wasn?t a service dog-. I ordered online - and we choose curbside when... we got there is no place to get curbside orders and the parking is dark . I called and the employee said to drive thru thenthey said we need to come inside because the drive thru is too busy. Whats wrong with this place . If you like the food ; goand order inside. Been wanting to try Zaxbys for the longest time. Every time I pass it I always say I have to try it. Well finally we stopped in.... First I didn't know that it wasn't a sit down restaurant and second I thought there would be more of a selection. Ordered achicken club sandwich meal and chicken tender meal,which we thought was a little overpriced. Similar similar meal and kfc was4.00 less. Anyway, any club sandwiche anywhere comes with lettuce and tomato. This only had bacon and pickles. What a letdown.Came with fries which were very salty. Back to tender meal. Came with cole slaw and fries, still too salty, and both Came with adrink. For the amount we spent we could have gotten a larger better meal at kfc. Ironically there is a zaxbys being built a bitcloser to where we live but I highly doubt I will be going there. Sorry Zaxbys, we really wanted to love the food but it failed,for us anyway. Had to wait over 10 minutes at the counter to get service. Then oredered a chicken deluxe sandwich (includes drink and fries)... and after I paid for it the cashier took my name. Had to wait another 20 minutes (cause they were making it fresh) after I stoodup and asked about my order I was told, sorry, another 3 minutes. Afterwards sat on the table to find out I waited 20+ minutesans I'm missing my fries. Back to the counter and had to wait another 4 minutes to verify if it comes with fries, oh yeah holdon, sorry here you go...really!? You be the Judge! Read more

The employees were outstanding. They were friendly and professional. However, the food was so salty it was unedible! I love... salt but, not that much. Even the bread was salty. I got a dinner(chicken tenders, French fries, and toast. They were out ofcoleslaw. It was about 5:00 pm. I also got a salad which was good. I will continue to go to Zaxby's for my usual salad. The food was good just you can see they do t wait for the everything to be done to serve it together so it can be hot my food... was warm which eating warms food is horrible the bread was not warm cool the tables and floor need to be on point being thatthere wasnt anyone in there besides my family it should have been kept up to date the staff are like it's whatever don't know ifthey have management didn't see anyone. It could be that this location was horrible but so far as my first time experience itwasn't all that. I've been to zaxby's before, but this was my family's first time and they approved the food. We had a huge take out order, so... the server didn't include any of the sauce, however my family still enjoyed the food. Read more

It is sad to see how little by little the experience is deteriorating in terms of service... I always recommended it because I... loved the food, but a month ago I went and after waiting more than 20 minutes in line to pick up my order I got home and it wasnot my order... so I came back and simply the young man who attended the orders decided ignorance. For the third time in a row the food was wrong. Ordered boneless...got bone in. Stressed boneless, and double ranch. Cashier... read it to us correctly, the receipt was correct, and then someone packed the order wrong. Line around the building, waited 20minutes at least, dining room still closed. Just a mess. This used to be a good restaurant. We will not be going back. Ithas gotten too expensive to get home with incorrect orders and the long wait in line. At least when the dining area was open,you could SEE that the order was not correct. Now I guess we should unpack and check the order while sitting at the drivethrough? Not worth the trouble.
