Ive been going to this location after work for a few years now. Only recently I keep getting told that they are cleaning the... grill and cannot do burgers, only chicken. I'll go at 1:30am.... Cleaning grill .. 2:30am... Cleaning grill ... Tonight...3:30am.......guess what?? Cleaning the grill. I'm not sure if it's lazy workers not wanting to serve food but how long doesit take to clean a grill? I worked in restaurants for over 10 years and let me tell you.. it does not take long. The last 5times I've gone to the restaurant I've only been able to order a burger once. Will not be back to this location. Read more
I usually rave about A&W but as good as the new chicken nuggets were and they are very good, the sauces were missing from our 2... orders! That's enough to drop the rating for food and service. Read more

2 concerns. And I don't recommend this place to anyone!! 1. The poutine was tasting bad 2. I've ordered two poutines and they... served only one. I asked her if we had two in the order, and she was telling my friend corrected her to make it only one and herresponse was in such a manner that she was not even interested in taking the orders. Went there July 29 around 7 pm and ordered Bacon Cheddar Uncle combo with Sweet potato Fries and Caramel Iced Latte and paid... $20.40. Checked the receipt and they paid the items separately. Waited 18 mins for my order and other customers got their orderreally fast. Read more
