I want to send a huge shout out and a Thank you to your employees. I was at the drive through and had my dog in the car with me.... The girl at the drive through was gracious enough to pack a small container of roast beef for my dog. This place us terrible. I ordered one of each of the 2 for $9.00 roast beef sandwiches and they were ICE cold. I couldn't... believe they served them. The cheese was disgusting, the fries were fresh yesterday because they were cold and uneatable. Staff were prompt and friendly, but a bit on the slow side. Ford is always good, service is so inconsistent. Poor cashier was very clearly lacking training but did the best she could with... a smile. The guy working was rude and really could give a ****. He insisted on charging extra for a little more mayo on asandwich that already comes with Mayo and got frustrated when we came back to the counter to ask for ketchup, salt, and pepper.Then got aggressive when we asked for more than one small packet of ketchup. What the heck was that? I ordered a beef and cheddar roast beef sandwich and got the weirdest thing ever... The meat was big... thick tough slices instead of the usually thin piled up roast beef you get from Arby's. Also the guy used two bottom halves ofthe bun instead of a top and bottom. Got the classic roast beef, and was I ever disappointed. Haven't been in a long time as it is out of town. What happened to the... beef? It use to be shredded, not it's slices that taste like you're eating cardboard. Will not return unless the old stylereturns. Read more

I'm torn. This Arby's, food, and staff are great!! The worst, lowest quality product you have on your menu is the curly fries.... It's been the last few years? Almost every one of the fries had some form of rot (not skin-big difference). I'm always hopefulI'll get decent, edible curly fries, but it's always such a disappointment. Please please please find another vendor who has aquality product. I'm tired of eating around the rot or throwing the fries out (they're so good).
