Spare yourself the wrong order, not listening to your order and general smugness/hostility. There is nothing friendly about them... when they screw things up. Every time we go, we come home with something that wasn?t right. When they first opened, we said we?dnever be back bc of the manager. Went in after classes from Laurier and work around 7pm, had good customer server experience, very polite, the food, let me tell... you? was it ever delicious, fresh and soft. I had the shrimp burrito! It was so good, the beans, the pickled onions, chipotlesauce, delicious. Not sure the name of the employee, but he was a bit taller than the rest, best description I could give, hewas very kind and handled my first time ordering very professionally and well! It was a horrible experience. I ordered two burritos via door dash, it got delivered. When I opened it, it was one order. I... called Barburrito immediately and I was told it must have been the driver that ate one. I was shocked!! No remorse, nothing. Iwas asked to take it up with door dash. Door dash gave me the credit value of the burrito that was delivered. I asked for mymoney back because I was never using the app or ordering from bar burrito again. I was upset. I called bar burrito andrequested the manager. He promised he would get to the bottom of it and have my money refunded. He never called back. No callback no feedback, nothing. They also didn't take ownership of the error. The delivery location to Barburrito was less than 4minutes. Money lost, and I didn't get one burrito. Worse customer service I have received. Read more
I ordered a bean burrito and I?m suffering from the worst stomach pain I?ve suffered. The food made my stomach feel very heavy... and bloated. by the time it was bedtime my stomach still felt very full and bloated, I couldn?t sleep on my stomach for thewhole night. I threw up and had severe bathroom visits at 4am. It was terrible. I believe that I got food poisoning there, notsure how. I was totally fine until after I ate the burrito, so I?m convinced it was the burrito. Read more
We love Mexican food. We ordered 1 veg burrito ????, 3 Veg Hard Tacos ???? and 1 Kid's quesadilla. It was really tasty. The food... overall was really good. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is that they don't have fresh Guacamole. The guacamole ???? waslooking dark and turned almost black. I hope they can make sure of having the fresh guacamole. Tried steak and ground beef tacos..it was definitely delicious though the tortillas could have been little more crispier ( I... didn?t specify that while ordering, that might be a reason) and could have more delicious with some more meat..but overall itwas good :) ordered it via skip.. Read more
Awesome food ???? one of the best restaurant I have visited. Yummy sauces my favorite is Chipotle and Jelepeno hot sauce ????... Nice staff happy faces ?? just reduce one star because of Interior, door is on the wrong place if it's busy (usually gets busy)if trying to open door from inside or outside, can't open without interfering customers!!! And the next thing is thatventilation, not working properly or then are not turning on, smoke from the burrito grillers remains in the restaurant itself,so that can create problem in inhale to some customers!
