Horrible service & horrible food. Waited over an hour to be served 3 day looking old spinach dip & and bread that was harder... than 4 day old pizza. Thankfully, I was not charged for it, as I had to do the rightful thing and complain. Whoever cookedthis thing and let it outside of the kitchen, should be terminated immediately. Sat at bar as wait was too long for dining room. After about 30 minutes waiting at a table we had to ask for a server to bring... menus. Most of the staff were extremely rude. Our food first was brought to the wrong table. Then when finally brought to usthey said who ordered this? I replied what is the dish? To my surprise their answer was “no idea”. And did little to help.Luckily I took the food and it was what I had ordered. Last time going to this location. Have never felt more unwelcome thanthis restaurant We were supposed to stay for bowling but being treated so poorly we decided to leave. Read more
I had a wonderful time here today. Our server was Chloe. And she was THE BEST. she gave us our time to pick our menu, even... checked up on us while serving other clients. She was clear, friendly and kind. It was friday night so it was very crowded. Butshe was still patient and quick. Glad i came here with my friends. I was impressed by this place, as I went in expecting average or below-average food (simply based on the menu ahead of... time). The pasta was delicious and the serving sizes are HUGE. You could definitely have leftovers more than once. Read more
If I can give this place 0 stars, I would. I’ve never in my life experienced service as bad anywhere else. I gave this place... 3, 4 shots and every single time they have messed something up. This last time, waited for the host to track down a kid’s menufor 10 minutes while a ton of other people got seated ahead of us. Needless to say he never came back and we just walked out.Absolutely brutal. Other times we had servers literally comings to our table 15, 20 minutes later to tell us they can’t serveus. All while being seated there in the first place. Management needs to do something and fast. Read more
I wish i could give a 0 star. Waiting way over a hour for our food.(2 adults and 3 kids) food was cold. dirty plates and ... waitress was really rude as well. Also with many seats open was told we had to wait 10 to 20 minutes to be seated then as i saidover hour wait for cold food. I would not come back or recommend coming unless you got couple hours to wait for cold food.Waitress never came to ask how are food was and took another hour to receive our bill. Total time spent for lunch was close to 3hours for 3 kids meals and 2 adults meals. So brutal and i advise for all to stay away till they can improve there very poorservice. Read more
The attached photo was a promotion Boston Pizza were running. When I asked the server (as per the instructions on the promotion)... he said that the promotion was for Spring Break only. However, you can read the sign and decide for yourself. Server was goodand the food came out fast. However, they were out of kids Bugs and Cheese, even though they took the order. When I asked themanager, they said it was due to "supply chain issues" and that I should blame "CP". The beer also tasted flat, although theyinsisted that it was recently changed. The manager seemed to not really care when I brought these items to his attention. It wasmy birthday, but the server didn't wish happy birthday. They also no longer sing happy birthday, due to covid. I ended upremoving the poster and giving it to the manager. If you are at Bingemans, then it makes sense to stay and eat. However, theexperience was disappointing and seems to be a shared experience, based on the other recent reviews. Read more
Very disappointed. We were a party of 7 and when we arrived they had a table for 4 for us. We had to pull over another table... ourselves so we could have enough seats. We all ordered our food at the same time but we none of us received our food at thesame time. (One person got their food and nobody else did and when they had finished eating the server brought out somebodyelse’s food and so on). The burger was absolutely disgusting. There was two patty’s on the burger and they were both darkerthan the night sky. The burger also came with one single piece of lettuce and it wasn’t even green. Asked the server if itcould be remade and it was. But it was no better than the first time. The server never came to check on us. We had to flag herdown when we wanted refills or wanted to ask a question. The steak was very dry and smothered in some kind of spice? It had noflavour that you could taste because your mouth was on fire. The spaghetti and meatballs literally only came with twomeatballs. (Both also darker than the night sky). The garlic mashed potatoes were not good. It tasted the same as eating fivegarlic cloves at the same time. Overall, Terrible service and terrible food. The only good thing about this place were thesongs constantly playing very loudly and they were always mash-ups. Very disappointing. Read more
