Was rushed through the drive through which I understand times can be busy, I worked at the most popular bk in Toronto I get it.... But not only was it poor customer service they pretty much threw everything at us and got our order wrong. And now that imtrying to call to get some assistance no one will answer the phone and says I need a 10 digit mail box number??? If I'm going tobe paying money I would like things to be done right or at least have people who will actually fix the mistake. Probably won'tgo back :( Read more
I changed my rating to 2 stars because the Burger King on Victoria Street needs more workers. The cashier is all over the... places. I waited 15min for placing the order and another 15min for receiving it. The workers there didn't know if they shouldserve the drive thru first or people inside. Crazy. We waited to get our food for 17 minutes . We were asked to pull around to the front and they would bring our 2 whoppers and 4... original chicken sandwiches out to us. No one was in line in front of us but everyone behind us got their food and left from theline. My husband walked in to cancel the order when they were finally able to actually hand him a bag of food. Burger King was exactly as I expected it would be. The restaurant is very dated and dimly lit. The food was as good as I... expected. Service was good but a little slow to take orders, kept running back to fill orders for customers waiting while otherstaff stood around either taking their time or not knowing or being told what to do. All in all I was satisfied, but wouldn't beracing back to eat here again. I was on a tight timeline for lunch and was able to get food, fill up and get on my way in thetime I needed. Read more
First mobile order. First impression unfortunately not the best. I'm a Ketchup lover and ordered extra Ketchup on... everything. Unfortunately there was no Ketchup at all. Thankfully the food was still great tasting or I was starving. Verytasty food. That's the only reason I'm giving them three stars. Considering the fact they didn't get my order correct, I thinkthat's fairly generous :-) The fish was great. Although there was a bit too much tartar sauce when I asked for light tartarsauce. Whopper is always good! The strawberry Milkshake was amazing .. The staff (drive thru) could be more friendly. I was sure to... said hello, please and thank you many times.. they never acknowledged anything and they were really rude and try to get me outas soon as posible. Just order today and was told that SPC/student discount isn?t available at this store. The guy who took my order was rude and... ignorant. He would need a training again about providing good customer service, aside from that, he is supposed to be helpingco-workers not telling them what to do while he stands there and watch them make orders. If he was the manager, we don?t needthis kind of people in a customer field. My order wasn?t cheap. It was a big order for 70$. I wish I can talk to a manager fromthis store or contact me via email.
