Every time i come to this location they don?t have what i?m looking for. Every once in a while i get a craving for the cinnamon... sticks, and every time i leave disappointed. They NEVER make enough for the day, and not once have i been offered to wait whilethey make some (i always order 4 orders of 5 sticks), which would be the logical thing to do. I don?t know if it?s because thisstore seems to be staffed exclusively by teenagers that may not have very much customer service experience or what, but there?snever even an apology. Very dry, hardly had any cream on it. When requested; the staff refused to give us extra topping.
Worst customer service. I ordered a Cinnabon. And I told the server to exchange it. She didn?t have any manners. She dumped the... old one in the dustbin. She looked furious. I especially came to the mall to have Cinnabon. May be they need to change fewpeople who work there. ?No Thankyou no welcome? at that store. It?s at a perfect spot. People love to have a Cinnabon.
