Visited a friend in Kitchener and decided to pop into Crabby Joe?s as a was a short walk from the hotel. Nice atmosphere and... pretty good menu with decent prices. I started with the Rose Sangria, which was honestly quite good and super refreshing! ThenI decided to try their Cashew Chicken - Asian noodles with a Pad Thai peanut sauce, grilled chicken and veg. The taste was 4/5but the ratio of noodles to broccoli, red peppers, onions and carrots wasn?t very balanced. Not too mention the veg was choppedextremely big and made the experience a little meh in my opinion. This place explicitly provides an extraordinary ambience. Place is pretty busy . The food is amazing. We ordered Ribs and wings... combo which was delicious and we ordered again. It was affordable for us. And we went Thursday which had many offer. Read more
This has always been my go to bar and restaurant when I want to dine in with friends or family because it is close to home. The... food's great, be sure to try out the Crabby combo as appetizers and their pork ribs are to die for. The ambience is perfect forwhether you wanna have a quiet conversation in the dinning area or a louder approach in the bar area.If you're into sports,you'll love the bar area. Located in the middle of downtown, parking is not a problem as they offer free parking to theirguests. I have had to rate them less than 5 mainly because the service has been deteriorating over the months.Staff appearoverwhelmed and hardly pay attention to and rush you through your order. The food and drinks here are good. You have the option of sitting in the dining area which is pretty quiet and away from the... hustle and bustle of the bar area which has the games on TV. They have half price appetizers after 9pm and specials for thedifferent days of the week. Our party tried the Lobster bowl and the Steak and Lobster which was part of the specials they hadgoing at the time. Crabby Joe?s is always a great place to chill at with friends and the staff is always so warm & welcoming. Tried their Lobster... Bowl and it was pretty good. The appetizers are amazing as always and are also 50% off after 9pm. They have a great drinks menuand we tried Peach Island mini-pitcher which was yum! Definitely recommend this place. Read more
I just ordered ubereats from this restaurant and recieved the following. Not sure why the veggies look like that. Corn and... broccoli ends. Spent $38 for this order. Not sure if this is just a bad night, but the veggies were pretty underwhelming. steakwas still pretty good. A bit of tough fat around the edges but still good. Temperature was perfect. Read more
