Not the best and I?ve been here a couple times just to see if it was just a bad day or not. I got a flamethrower burger that had... pickles and onions on it, but it shouldn?t come with that, and the pop machine had no ice and the pop was warm. The fries werealso cold when I got them. Strange experience tonight... arrived to discover the debit/credit terminals were down and the staff were only able to accept... cash. No problem, went to the convenience store to withdraw cash. Came back and was told they were closed at 7:09pm because theywere all going on break and there was noone to watch the store. Confused as to how staff would be allowed to make that kind ofdecision considering this is a franchise. Read more
Worst customer service three teenagers standing around chatting. It?s JULY and they have no slushie mix ready .. Does that make... sense to anybody? Disgusting! Every table was filthy and 4 staff standing around looking for a lost cake order that was supposed to be ready for... pick-up. Ignoring me standing there for nearly 10 minutes before I actually asked if someone could take my order.... I won'teven begin to describe how utterly filthy the washroom was.... please don't go to this establishment. There are other DairyQueens much nicer than this one.
