Used the vice for wedding catering. Schnitzel and Brie chicken were amazing and our guests could not get over how amazing the... food was and portions were as well. Great staff and was amazing to work with the planning team as well. Will always come to thevice for future bar nights and dinners! We are so happy, couldn?t have asked for a better caterer. Visited for the first time recently and I must say it was one of the best meals that I have had in a long time. The wonton... nachos and the schnitzel dinner were both incredible. Give the baked sauerkraut a try when you're there. So good. Reminded me ofmy mom's baked sauerkraut. You definitely get your money's worth here and then some. The staff is top notch! Probably the best Buffalo chicken wrap in the region. Great service. My youngest daughter shared her two older sisters meals and... the waitress brought her, her own dessert free of charge. I thought that was very sweet. Lots of seating both indoors and out. Read more
We use to love going to Edelweiss before the pandemic. We have been twice in the last month, and the service both times was... definitely not to their old standards at all. The service was extremely slow, the food was not what it use to be, the serverswere miserable, and we actually got told we better hurry up and leave because they were closing....even tho we would have beenlong gone if it wasn't for the slow service and length of time to get our food and drinks. We noticed a once packed deck anddine in, was empty and lifeless. Apparently we were not the only ones to be turned off. We have made Edelweiss a tradional placefor over 10 years, but after 2 tries lately, it looks like we will be finding a new place to make memories. Read more

Our Valentine take-out was excellent. Right from the time we picked up our package, we were impressed. The meal was carefully... packed with decorations that shouted with care and celebration. We thought it was so good that we paused to take a picture. Weunpacked the long stem rose, the box of chocolates, the included bottle of wine and a colourful valentine towel so that we couldprepare our table. We went on to enjoy a tasty meal that included shrimp cocktails, Caesar salad, individual entrees on chinaplates, and white chocolate mousse for dessert. Our two entrees were beef bourguignon and brie-stuffed chicken supreme. Bothwere tender, plentiful and tasty. Because it was take-out, there was a small amount of prep and heating required. There wereclear instructions and the prep ensured that everything was perfect. We look forward to getting back to dining in.and hope thatthe Edelweiss will continue to have special day menus. Used to go to the Edelweiss a lot. Recent experiences have not been good. Chicken Caesar wrap actually had the side of the... wrap in the middle. All wrap, little chicken or lettuce. !! For $22.99. Too pricey for me anymore. Thanks for all the goodmemories. We won?t be back. Read more
