Met my girlfriends there for a birthday brunch. Served quickly and promptly with our orders. The waitress was polite friendly... and knew the menu well enough to make suggestions to us. The atmosphere was very nice to meet friends for a hour or so tocatch up. The restaurant is exceptionally clean. We will be back as we also enjoyed the food that was ordered. My friend took me to this place with two other friends . I fell in love with the space as we walked in. The restaurant is airy... and bright. Our server was friendly and had suggestions on what to try. I ordered Keto plate which was delicious. The foodtaste fresh . The only thing you have to wait for your order as it takes a while but while you are waiting you are sipping onyour choice of coffee or tea . I have to admit that we picked the worst possible time to go to Eggsmart: 10:30 a.m. on a Saturday morning. Of course the place... was full and we were informed that the wait for a table would be around 30 minutes. But we were near the head of the line, had a$5-off coupon that we?d received in the mail, and weren?t in any particular hurry, so we elected to stay and wait. However, weweren?t too happy when we saw a couple of tables become available and get cleaned and ready for use, and were told we?d have towait another 10 minutes in the entryway ?until the kitchen caught up?! Seriously?!! In our opinion, the smart thing to do wouldhave been to seat people at tables as soon as possible and get a cup of coffee in front of them! We would have been much happierthere than standing an extra 10 minutes in a cold & drafty entryway ?waiting for the kitchen to catch up?! Once we were finallyseated and had opened the menu, the beautiful picture of the Keto Breakfast Plate immediately caught my eye. I?m not on a ketodiet, but I was looking for something different since I can get great bacon & eggs at home and didn?t just want to fill up oncheap carbs in the form of toast & homefries. This plate featured 2 eggs any style, 3 slices of double-smoked bacon, and 2avocado halves topped with pico de gallo & crumbled feta cheese, all on a bed of fresh baby spinach, and served with littlebowls of walnuts and fruit (strawberries & blueberries). I know not everyone likes avocado, but I do, so when the server came totake our order, I simply pointed to the picture and said that I wanted the exact same plate. My wife opted for the moretraditional breakfast plate of 3 eggs over-easy with 4 sausages, toast, homefries, and a small bowl of fresh fruit. We've been coming to Eggsmart for the past few months. Management changes have been pleasant. Service is much faster and more... customer-oriented. Even though there was a bit of a wait (it was a Saturday-understandable), food was excellent and plenty forall the picky eaters in my family. Definitely one of our go-to places for breakfast. Absolutely fantastic dining experience. The service was fast, the waitress was friendly and knowledgeable. The food was... delicious and pretty cheap too, for the portion given, compared to other restaurants. It tasted delicious, and healthy. Varietyof options for everyone that are meat lovers or veggie lovers. Each meals werr served with a side of bread and potato. ?Theinterior of the restaurant was bright, airy, warm and cozy. The washroom was very clean and smells nice. Pleasantly verysurprised with the restaurant, the foods, the service, the waitress and the owner is very friendly and nice. Got an egg florentine. Tasted good until I discovered GLASS in my mouth. I also had swallowed some & throat has been hurting... ever since. Was horrified & told the server who voided the dish off our meal. No other apology/compensation was offered. Theservice starter off as being friendly but when I called this issue out it looked like they just wanted us out of there quietlyand quickly.
